Leader of the Franky Family ship-dismantlers/bounty-hunters on Water Seven’s northeast-coast outskirts (the Franky House). Debuts on-page @0329 as a large, muscular figure in the gang’s clown-style war paint, towering over Usopp and naming himself at the cliffhanger: “Remember this, long-nose boy. My name is Franky” (p. 13). His cyborg nature and the “Cutty Flam” identity are forward reveals (cyborg @0336; = Cutty Flam, Tom’s surviving apprentice and Pluton-blueprint heir, @0346) — recorded here as forward-canon, NOT asserted from 0329 (no cyborg body, forearm cannons, cola power, “SUPER” catchphrase, or the name “Cutty Flam” appear on-page this chapter).
