Summary

In Elbaf’s Underworld the Holy Knights finish interrogating the chained Prince Loki. Loki needles the red-haired commander about resembling “that red-haired pirate,” and Shamrock answers that the pirate is his estranged younger twin brother who “returned to the Holy Land once” but prefers “the filth of the lower world.” Loki, wrathful at both Figarland twins, is run through by Shamrock’s living sword Cerberus (a three-headed hellhound); the knights leave him alive — “If you should survive, come and kill me” — and resolve to reach “the warriors’ children first,” calling for one more of their number. At Aurust Castle, Luffy, Nami, and the giants argue over a “Red-Hair” sighting inside the castle; Luffy insists the real Shanks would never do that, and the crew lands on the idea that Shanks may have a look-alike brother. Meanwhile Team Franky’s “Jewel Tree Adam Tour” finds children’s drawings carved into the tree’s fossilized bark, dated 800-900 years ago — the Void Century. At the Owl Library, Robin sits down to read the Harley, Elbaf’s ancient foundational scripture (the source text behind all Elbaf myths, open to many interpretations), whose three “Worlds” (First, Second, Third) are laid out in full — a sun-god cosmology of fire, a forbidden sun, a serpent of hellfire, and a promised return.
