Summary

In the recovering Flower Capital the gaunt Scabbards convalesce (Raizo, Shinobu) and Kin’emon — back from Kuri — learns Otsuru survived Okobore Town’s burning with a facial scar. On Wano’s behalf Inuarashi and Nekomamushi announce they will stay and serve Momonosuke as Kozuki samurai, naming Carrot the new ruler of Mokomo Dukedom (her heart “carries Pedro’s will”), with Wanda to help her. Momonosuke and Hiyori are then reunited with a relative thought dead: the blacksmith Tenguyama Hitetsu reveals himself as Kozuki Sukiyaki, Oden’s father and their grandfather, who had hidden behind the tengu mask; he asks to return to seclusion (“this era is yours to build”) and confirms that the Ancient Weapon Pluton lies in Wano — the very weapon whose blueprints Franky burned at Water 7, and which Oden once meant to unleash. Robin, overhearing, resolves to inform “a certain someone” (“first Poseidon, now this”). Days later Momonosuke, newly hailed as Shogun, searches the castle only to find the Straw Hats gone — they slipped away that morning without telling him or Kin’emon. At Tokage Port the alliance dissolves: Luffy, Law and Kid pick departure directions by a game (Luffy loses), and a newspaper unveils the Cross Guild — Buggy the “Genius Jester” fronting Crocodile and Mihawk, now bounty-hunting the Navy itself. Law reveals he copied Kaido’s Road Poneglyph (as the crews did with Big Mom’s), and the captains gird for the all-out war over the One Piece, hinging on finding “the man with the burn scar.” Yamato, atop the castle roof, declares the intent to leave and live the way Oden did.
