- POST-ENIES LOBBY BOUNTIES revealed for the whole crew on fresh wanted posters (pp. 16-19): Straw Hat Luffy 300,000,000; 'Zolo the Pirate Hunter' Zoro 120,000,000; 'Demon Child' Nico Robin 80,000,000; 'Black-Leg' Sanji 77,000,000 (poster is a crude SKETCH — 'photo not available'); 'The King of Snipers, Sniper King' (Usopp's masked alias) 30,000,000; 'Cat Burglar' Nami 16,000,000; 'Cotton Candy Lover (Pet)' Chopper a mere 50 berries; 'Cyborg Franky' 44,000,000. Every member now has a bounty; Luffy crosses 300M.
- FISH-MAN ISLAND is the crew's next destination — the recharged Log Pose points at the next island and angles slightly DOWNWARD, because the next island is the underwater 'Fish-Man Island' (pp. 10-11). First time the crew's immediate course is locked onto Fish-Man Island.
- THE FLORIAN TRIANGLE is named on-page (p. 12) — a cursed stretch of sea that must be crossed to reach Fish-Man Island, where ~100+ ships vanish every year ('Fourteen ships disappeared this month'), crews disappear, and eyewitnesses report ghost ships crewed by the dead (p. 13).
- Franky has secretly built the crew's new ship — his 'ship of dreams' — in about five days with five first-rate Galley-La shipwrights; he keeps it hidden to surprise them, and at chapter's end announces it is COMPLETE (the ship itself is NOT yet shown/named).
- The newspaper covers up the Straw Hats' Enies Lobby allies: the Water Seven citizens / Galley-La / Franky Family are framed as innocent bystanders while the Straw Hats are blamed for declaring war on the World Government and destroying the island; the crew speculates 'It must have been Aokiji' (and asks Luffy if 'your grandfather' pulled strings) (pp. 4-5).
- Franky-backstory tell: the Franky Family blurt 'He used to be the son of a pirate!' while begging the Straw Hats to take Franky to sea, because his new bounty makes staying in Water Seven lethal (pp. 19-20).

Summary
Back on Water Seven, Franky labors on Scrap Island to build the Straw Hats a new ship; Iceberg, Tom’s old workers, and Galley-La’s Dock One all pitch in. The day’s newspaper arrives: the Enies Lobby incident has been spun to spare the citizens — Galley-La, the Franky Family, and the townsfolk are cast as innocent bystanders, while the Straw Hats are blamed for declaring war on the government and razing the island. The crew, lounging at Galley-La’s temporary HQ, shrugs it off (they’re pirates already) and guesses Aokiji — or maybe Luffy’s grandfather — pulled the strings. Over a few days of shopping and waiting, the recharged Log Pose locks onto the next island: the underwater paradise Fish-Man Island, reached only by crossing the Florian Triangle, a cursed sea where ~100 ships vanish yearly and ghost ships crewed by the dead are seen — to Luffy’s delight (“I get to meet a living skeleton?!”). Usopp, still in his Sniper King mask, secretly rehearses a dozen face-saving ways to rejoin the crew. Finally the Franky Family arrive in a panic with fresh wanted posters: every Straw Hat now has a bounty — Luffy 300M, Zoro 120M, Robin 80M, Sanji 77M (sketch only), “Sniper King” 30M (no one recognizes Usopp), Nami 16M, Chopper 50 berries, and Cyborg Franky 44M. Because Franky’s bounty makes Water Seven deadly for him, the Family beg the Straw Hats to take their big bro out to sea — by force if they must.
New reveals
- Whole-crew post-Enies Lobby bounties (pp. 16-19): Luffy 300,000,000, Zoro 120,000,000, Robin 80,000,000, Sanji 77,000,000 (poster is a hand-drawn sketch — “photo not available”), Sniper King (Usopp’s alias) 30,000,000, Nami 16,000,000, Chopper 50 berries (“Pet”), Cyborg Franky 44,000,000. Luffy crosses the 300M mark.
- Fish-Man Island is the next destination (pp. 10-11): the Log Pose points at the next island and tilts downward because that island — “the underwater paradise, Fish-Man Island” — lies beneath the sea.
- The Florian Triangle named (pp. 12-13): a cursed sea between Water Seven and Fish-Man Island; ~100+ ships vanish yearly, crews disappear, ghost ships crewed by the dead are reported. Crossing it is the only route on.
- Franky’s “ship of dreams” is complete — built in ~5 days with five Galley-La shipwrights, kept hidden to surprise the crew (the ship is not yet shown or named).
- Newspaper cover-up (pp. 4-5): the citizens/Galley-La/Franky Family are framed as bystanders; the Straw Hats are blamed for declaring war on the government and destroying the island; the crew credits Aokiji (and floats Luffy’s grandfather).
- Franky-backstory tell: “He used to be the son of a pirate!” (p. 19).

Open questions raised
- What does Franky’s hidden “ship of dreams” look like — and will Franky himself join the crew to sail it?
- Will the crew (and Usopp) reconcile before they leave Water Seven?
- What is the Florian Triangle, really — and what waits in its fog for a captain who wants to meet a living skeleton?
- Who actually arranged the newspaper cover-up that spared the citizens — Aokiji, or Garp?
- How does an underwater island get reached, and what does the downward-tilting Log Pose imply about the descent?
