Profile

A coastal/mountainous region of the Land of Wano, historically the domain of the Kozuki clan (Oden was its great daimyo). Where Luffy washes ashore after the Sunny’s waterfall climb (p. 6). Now under Kaido’s occupation: officials patrol the beach of Kuri for illegal arrivals, the rivers are poisoned by Kaido’s factory runoff, and the populace is impoverished. Otama lives in its mountains.
