Franky reveals he secretly bought Treasure Tree Adam wood (~200M berries of the Straw Hats’ confiscated treasure) and that his blueprints are “finished” — he will “build the ship starting now” and offers to GIVE it to the crew (Ch. 431 pp. 13–14).

Why this matters
A chekhov-explicit build-up: Oda spends most of a chapter making Franky’s gift (the wood already bought, the blueprints already drawn, the precedent set by Roger’s Oro Jackson) explicit, then delivers the ship a few chapters later. The Adam-wood lineage welds the Straw Hats’ new ship directly to the Pirate King’s — a parallel-arc-structure tying the crew’s voyage to Roger’s.
