Summary
While Luffy chases the fleeing Gecko Moria — who taunts that the whole crew will “fall victim to the zombie with your abilities” — the colossal Special Zombie Number 900 self-identifies: “My name is Oars!… Luffy? That’s the name of my enemy.” Carrying Luffy’s stolen shadow, Oars treats the crew as his prey and attacks with Luffy’s own Gum-Gum techniques (Gum-Gum Scythe), but his sheer giant reach and speed — “He didn’t stretch, but…” — outclass them. Robin recognizes him as the legendary “Beast” Oars, the Continent Puller from 500 years ago. Zoro orders the others to spread to other rooftops and the crew throws everything at the monster: Sanji’s Collier, Zoro’s three-sword Double Gorilla Split, Usopp’s Fire Bird Star, Franky’s Weapons Left, Robin’s Cien Fleurs: Spider Net (catching a falling Zoro), Brook’s blades, and finally Usopp’s anti-zombie Salt Star plus Franky’s Heavy Gong.
