Chapter 732: An Underground World

Summary

At the Riku Army’s operation HQ in Dressrosa’s Flower Field, the Tontatta dwarves brief the Straw Hats on the infiltration plan: pass through an underground tunnel into the enemy’s trading port and knock out Sugar to “turn all the toys back into humans.” Because Franky is too big to fit the tunnel, he instead storms the House of Toys beneath the Royal Palace — the humans-forbidden barracks where Dressrosa’s living toys are forced to work every night — as a diversion. Franky’s Coup de Vent levels the House of Toys, drawing out four Donquixote officers (including the baby-themed Señor Pink), who are revealed to be coliseum “stars” of unknown true strength. Leo lays out the full Donquixote Family org chart for Robin — three Supreme Officers (Diamante, Trebol, Pica) each leading an army of officers, plus Vergo and Monet outside the country, ~2,000 soldiers in all. Meanwhile Trebol guards Sugar in the House of Toys, assuring her “nobody even knows about you.” Robin and Usopp slip through the tunnel into the underground world — a gigantic hidden port town where toys are worked as forced labor, one collapsing while begging to see its family — revealing the scale of Joker’s underworld trade beneath Dressrosa.

• The Donquixote Family org chart (pp. 13–15). Three Supreme Officers each command an army with its own character: Diamante (Diamante Army — “Fighter Brigade”), Trebol (Trebol Army — “Special Powers Team”), Pica (Pica Army — “Assault Squad”). Ten Officers sit under them: Diamante Army — Lao G, Machvise, Señor Pink, Dellinger; Trebol Army — Sugar, Violet, Giolla; Pica Army — Gladius, Buffalo, Baby 5. Two more are “outside the country”: Supreme Officer Vergo and Officer Monet. There are ~2,000 soldiers in the country now (pp. 13–15).
• The living toys are transformed humans. The dwarves state the plan plainly: “We hafta knock Sugar out and turn all da toys… back into humans!!!” (p. 3) — confirming the toys are people, and Sugar’s defeat reverses it.
• The House of Toys lies beneath the Royal Palace’s base; humans are forbidden, there are no beds, and the toys work through the night, every night (pp. 4–5). A passage from it reaches the underground and the SMILE factory.
• The underground world beneath Dressrosa is “like a gigantic PORT TOWN” — a hidden trading hub where toys are forced labor (pp. 17–19). An underworld dealer there relies on “JOKER backin’ you up” (p. 19), tying the port to Doflamingo’s broker identity.
• The four defending officers are coliseum “stars” with 100% victory records, so “nobody really knows the true limit of their power” (p. 13).
• Señor Pink is introduced in full: a hulking Diamante Army officer in a “LIES BABY” onesie whom the town’s little girls dote on; he fires weapons at Franky (pp. 6–9).
