Profile

Marine Admiral “Kizaru” — one of the Navy’s three Admirals (named as such in Robin’s Marine-hierarchy exposition Ch. 319, no note then). First shown on-page at Mariejois Ch. 504, volunteering to deploy to Sabaody Archipelago after the Celestial-Dragon hostage incident. Lazy-grinned, with a glowing aura (SFX “RMRM”); a light-based power is implied but unnamed here. His real name, Borsalino, is revealed on-page Ch. 507 (caption box, p. 15).

• The Marine fleet outside Egghead is all “asleep and foaming at the mouth”; Kizaru picks up the call himself and reports to Fleet Admiral Sakazuki (pp. 5–6).

• Confronts Silvers Rayleigh (“So those rumors were true. I’ve often heard you were somewhere on this island”); presses the capture, citing that the Celestial Dragons at the navy HQ in Mariejois “won’t be satisfied” otherwise (pp. 2-3).
