Profile
Chief Justice of Enies Lobby — a single robed body topped by three heads (one bearded/stern, one mustached, one calmer) that argue among themselves before issuing a verdict; a Cerberus motif. Commands the Courthouse guard force of the Enies Lobby Main Island courthouse district. Wears the World Government cross/seal on his robe.
Arc-by-arc updates
Enies Lobby (Ch. 399) — Orders the mortar to stop the drawbridge; the “Judge Trio” gag
- Reacts to the lowered drawbridge (“As if we’d permit this… Curse those pirates!!”) and orders it destroyed by mortar fire (pp. 5–7); the bridge stops halfway.
- The three heads reassert their identities (left = Bas, right = Kerville, middle = And — “We’re actually the Judge Trio!”); panics and flees as the Rocketman crashes through the courthouse (p. 16). Cross-link Enies Lobby, Kokoro.
Enies Lobby (Ch. 388 — “Gear Two”) — Pronounces “Guilty” on Franky and Robin
- In the courtroom the Three-Headed Chief Justice pronounces “Guilty. Guilty.” over Franky and Robin (p. 17) — the sham verdict that sends them toward the Gates of Justice. Captioned “Chief Justice: Three-Headed Baskerville” in the Battle-Layout recap (p. 20). Cross-link Franky, Nico Robin, Spandam, Enies Lobby.
Enies Lobby (Ch. 387 — “Gear”) — Passes sentence on the invaders; engaged by the Franky Family (“Cerberus”)
- In the courthouse, the three-headed Chief Justice passes sentence on the invading pirates: “I will now sentence you to your fate and will allow no appeals!! …This is a sacred chamber of the law!!” (p. 6).
- The Franky Family declare themselves his opponent — “We’re your opponent, Cerberus!!” / “Franky Family!!” (pp. 12-13) — walling him off so Chopper and Nami can press on toward Luffy. Director Spandam reports up to him as “Chief Justice Baskerville” (p. 4). Cross-link Franky Family, Spandam, Enies Lobby.
Enies Lobby (Ch. 380 — “Enies Lobby Main Island Express”) — Commands the gate defense as the Rocketman breaches
- As the Rocketman crashes the island gate, the three-headed Chief Justice bellows alarm (“right Baskerville is I… left Baskerville is I… and in the center… is I”) and orders the Courthouse Guard Force out — “Send 100 courthouse guards immediately!!” — amid reports that the giant gatekeeper Kashii is defeated and Oimo is losing (p. 2). He commands the Courthouse Guard Force and Courthouse Guard Dog Unit (first-rank guards) that meet Zoro and Sanji on the main island (p. 15). Cross-link Enies Lobby, Oimo, Kashii, Zoro, Sanji, CP9.
Enies Lobby (Ch. 379 — “Power Level”) — ⭐ debut
- First on-page appearance and first mention (pp. 19-20). The Enies Lobby Main Island courthouse, unable to reach Director Spandam by transponder snail amid Luffy’s rampage through the courthouse district, turns to Baskerville for orders.
- His three heads bicker over the intruding pirate — “Let him off” vs. “A pirate?! Pirates are guilty!!” — then “compromise” on the death penalty for the rampaging pirate (pp. 19-20).
- The “Eleven Righteous Jurors” are his subordinate judicial staff . Cross-link Spandam, Luffy, Enies Lobby.
