• A blond figure declares to Jewelry Bonney: “I’m your guardian now” (p. 6); nearby, a blond speaker with ear-covering gear analyzes the newcomer via the World Government’s structure: “It’s only natural that power struggles will breed deeper and deeper darkness… in a massive organization lasting 800 years… he’s not one of the Five Elders… he’s clearly the superior of the Holy Knights of God” (p. 6). Lilith — the only satellite saved, on Elbaf since @1176, sworn to Bonney’s Kuma-restoration @1134 — is the best candidate for both, but is not named on-page.

• Deploys the Omni-Drain Converters (ODC) she “left right here by the school” (the box “Vegapunk was in”): energy is “everywhere, all around us,” “all natural disasters are a maelstrom of energy.” The discs “collect heat energy” and freeze the blaze, extinguishing the library-and-school fire (p.3, pp.8-9).
