Era: Wano — Flower Capital (Ch. 929)

• Headliners / Tobi Roppo defined: the Tobi Roppo (“Flying Six”) are the six most powerful members of the Headliners tier (p. 17). Two of them — X Drake (Allosaurus) and Page One (Spinosaurus) — wield Ancient-Zoan Ryu Ryu no Mi dinosaur fruits, distinct from the SMILE-based Gifters. Both are sent to the Flower Capital to kill the “Soba Cook” (Sanji).
• The crew runs Wano’s economy under Shogun Orochi; one of Kaido’s weapons factories in Kuri was raided by the Atamayama Thieves Brigade (p. 8). (current_roster += Page One; evidence_chapters += 0929.)

Era: Wano — Big Mom’s arrival / Flower Capital (Ch. 930)

• The falls defense / Onigashima command is run by Kaido; King is dispatched to repel the Big Mom Pirates, who climb the Wano entrance waterfall on koi-pulled ships. (evidence_chapters += 0930; King’s devil_fruit now captioned on-page — see King.)

Era: Wano — Flower Capital (Ch. 932)

• Tobi Roppo named on-page (referenced): at Orochi’s banquet the yakuza boss Kyoshiro is revealed to have “summoned Kaido’s Tobi Roppo to do your bidding” (p. 9) — an elite tier of the crew (members not shown here). Jack’s followers “were recently attacked” in Kuri (p. 11).

Era: Wano occupation — Udon Prisoner Mines (Ch. 935)

• First on-page assembly of the Udon camp command: the All-Star overseer Queen (bounty now established) and three SMILE-Zoan Headliner wardens. See SMILE.

Era: Wano — Flower Capital raid + Udon Sumo Inferno (Ch. 936)

• Tobi Roppo (Flying Six) named again: X Drake leads the Flower Capital bathhouse raid hunting “Soba Mask” (Sanji) (p. 10).
• Headliner rank reaffirmed: Basil Hawkins is called “the Headliner from the Animal Kingdom Pirates,” sent to handle “the small stuff” at the raid (p. 10).
• The All-Star Queen runs the Udon Prisoner Mines, staging the Sumo Inferno death-match (explosive kill-collars) against Luffy and the prisoners (pp. 4-9).

Era: Wano occupation — Udon Prisoner Mines (Ch. 939)

• New Gifter Madilloman (Armadillo SMILE) wields Sea-Prism-Stone pistols, said to be “only made in Wano,” firing on Luffy during Queen’s execution-sumo (p. 10). Era: Wano — the rank-and-file SMILE hierarchy explained (Ch. 943)

• The crew’s basic-fighter hierarchy is named and explained on-page for the first time, keyed to SMILE outcome (pp. 10–11):
  • Waiters — have not eaten a fruit yet (still waiting for a power).
  • Pleasures — ate a SMILE and failed; left with nothing but eternal laughter (no power; can’t swim; can’t feel anything but mirth).
  • Gifters — the lucky 1-in-10 who gained an animal power.
• Confirms the crew is built on the 10%-success SMILE supply chain; the masterminds Kaido, Orochi and Doflamingo (the off-Wano supplier) are shown grinning together (p. 11). (evidence_chapters += 0943.) See SMILE.

Era: Wano — Udon (Big Mom storms the camp) (Ch. 945)

• The All-Star Queen is confirmed warden-master of the Udon Excavation Labor Camp and again called a “Lead Performer” (p. 15); his Devil Fruit is named on-page — the Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Ancient Model: Brachiosaurus (Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model Brachiosaurus, p. 17) — joining the crew’s Ancient-Zoan dinosaur line. The allied Headliner Basil Hawkins holds Udon’s hostages (Law’s Heart Pirates). The amnesiac Big Mom (“Olin”) breaches the camp gates and flattens Queen at the cliffhanger (pp. 13–18). Era: Wano — Udon (Big Mom recaptured & shipped to Onigashima) (Ch. 947)

• Lead Performer Queen springs “Queen’s gamble”: he lures the rampaging amnesiac Big Mom (“Olin”) with oshiruko, transforms into his Brachiosaurus dinosaur form (Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model Brachiosaurus) and lands a Brachio Bomber — the blow restores her memory instead of knocking her out (pp. 11–14). He binds her in 100% sea-prism cuffs and ships her to Onigashima under “double-maximum security,” then leaves Babanuki in command of a locked-down Udon (prisoners cell-locked, gates shut, snails sealed). “Wano is Kaido’s turf” (p. 9). Era: Wano — Onigashima: Big Mom’s arrival & the Yonko clash (Ch. 951)

• Queen hauls the cuffed Big Mom to Onigashima; King (revealed to have knocked her ship off the falls) refuses her recruitment offer. Kaido descends and orders Big Mom freed over Queen/King’s objections — a crewman’s aside revealing that he and Big Mom “were in the same pirate crew” long ago. The two Emperors immediately clash in a world-shaking collision, forcing a crew-wide evacuation of Onigashima (pp. 14–19).

Era: Onigashima — the Tobi Roppo revealed (Ch. 978)

Era: Onigashima — upper-floor Headliners as the Straw Hats climb (Ch. 997)

Era: Onigashima — the Tobi Roppo’s Ancient-Zoan fruits captioned (Ch. 998)

Ch. 998 the six Tobi Roppo’s Ancient-Zoan (“Ancient Type”) devil fruits are formally captioned on-page — distinct from the SMILE-based Gifters:

X Drake fights openly as the alliance’s ally on the third floor (no roster change).

Notable events

• Ch. 821 — Jack’s five-ship fleet attacking Zou is destroyed by Zunisha (one trunk-swing sinks the fleet and mammoth-Jack); Kaido’s New World base loses contact with Jack at sea (pp. 5–19). See Destruction of Zou, Zunisha’s Ancient Crime.
• Ch. 818 — revealed that the crew (with Kaido) occupies Wano and is “attempting to pry information out of” the captured Kozuki retainers over the poneglyphs (pp. 16–17). Ties the Beasts directly to the Kozuki / poneglyph macro-plot. See Wano Country, Road Poneglyph.
• Ch. 809 — the assault flashback continues: Jack (1bn Berry bounty, p. 13) presses the razing of Mokomo Dukedom hunting the hidden Wano samurai, while both mink kings refuse to give him up (pp. 10–19). See Destruction of Zou.
• Ch. 808 — first named + first shown. In flashback, the crew breaches Kurau City and razes the Mokomo Dukedom hunting Raizo (p. 4). Jack the Drought (Lead Performer) is “one of three close associates each named after a disaster”; divisions Gifters (led by Sheepshead) and Pleasures are named (pp. 5, 8, 10). The crew deployed one of Caesar Clown’s gas weapons against the minks (p. 17), implicating Kaido’s SMILE/SAD ties to Caesar.
