Summary
The converted Sea Train Rocketman, carrying Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Chopper, Sanji (separately), the Franky Family and Kokoro’s group, charges into the towering Aqua Laguna wave. The Franky Family’s cannons can’t dent it, so Luffy (Gum-Gum Three-Hundred Pound Cannon) and Zoro (a “two times 108” / 216-count cannon) launch a combined blast that punches a hole clean through the wave — Rocketman bursts out the far side (“WE GOT THROUGH!!”) and rides on toward Puffing Tom. Sanji, ahead with Nami’s group, gets filled in by Den Den Mushi: Robin sacrificed herself to the government to keep the six of them safe. Luffy tells Sanji to “go ahead and tear things up,” and Sanji vows not to hold back. Franky pledges his help. Usopp, having quit the crew, agonizes that he can’t rejoin without shame — so he reappears in a mask and cape and declares himself a new ally: “MY NAME… IS SNIPER KING!” Aboard Puffing Tom, CP9’s on-board agents discover the criminals (Robin and Franky) have escaped their car; Nero attacks with “Metallic Star,” and Wanze is flagged in the kitchen car.
New reveals
- Usopp debuts the masked Sniper King persona (page 19) to fight alongside the crew without admitting he wants back in after quitting at Water Seven.
- Nero (page 18, “I found them!” / “Metallic Star!!” page 18) and Wanze (page 18, “Mr. Wanze… Car Four (kitchen)”) are named aboard Puffing Tom as the immediate on-board threat to the captured Robin/Franky.
- Rocketman cannot stop on its own and is “already going faster than the ship can handle” (page 14) — it can only push forward toward Puffing Tom.
- Robin sacrificed herself to the World Government specifically so the remaining six Straw Hats would be safe (pages 15–16): “She did it for all of us.”
- Luffy sends Sanji ahead alone to “tear things up” on the train; Sanji and Zoro both confirm they’ll hold nothing back after hearing Robin’s story (pages 12–13).

Open questions raised
- Will the crew (especially Sanji and Luffy) play along with the obvious Sniper King disguise, and how long until Usopp formally rejoins?
- Who exactly are Nero and Wanze within CP9’s structure, and how strong are they relative to the full agents?
- Can Rocketman, unable to stop, safely intercept Puffing Tom — or will it crash into it?
