Enies Lobby (Ch. 400 — “The Key to Freedom”) — blocks the tower stairway; explains the five-keys/one-real-lock; tosses the keys away

• Blocks the allied crew at the Tower of Law stairway and states CP9’s kill-order (“Our orders are to kill you all!!”, p. 10). Delivers the “key to freedom” exposition: Robin’s sea-prism cuffs, and that five CP9 agents each hold a key, only one of which is real (pp. 10-13), then scatters all five keys into the building, sending the crew on a per-agent hunt (p. 13). Enies Lobby (Ch. 388 — “Gear Two”) — Courthouse Roof: defeated by Gear Second

• His fight with Luffy concludes: he flees through an Air Door, regroups, then commits to Iron Body (Tekkai) + “Top Strength” to pin Luffy (pp. 8-9) — but is blown apart by Jet Bazooka (pp. 9-10) and defeated. Water Seven (Ch. 341) — Blueno’s Bar shown again; Franky drinks there and storms out

• Blueno’s Bar appears again on the shipbuilding island: Franky and the local crowd drink there, Kokoro is a regular, and as Franky rages out a patron calls “Thanks for the drinks, Blueno!” (pp. 12–13). His mundane civilian framing is the deliberate cover for the later CP9 / Door-Door reveal — the planted normalcy a CP9 sleeper hides behind. • 0343 inference (NOT on-page): in Ch. 343 a bear/dog-masked CP9 agent wields the newly-named Doa Doa no Mi (Door-Door Fruit, p. 11) — breaching Galley-La HQ, shooting Iceberg’s leg, and laying out CP9’s blueprint motive. The directional hint identifies this Door-Door user as Blueno, but the agent is masked and unnamed on-page in 0343 — only the fruit is named. Treat the “Blueno” identity as inference until a chapter names him on-page.
• 0344 inference (NOT on-page): in Ch. 344 the same bear/dog-masked CP9 agent demonstrates “Iron Body” (Tekkai, a Rokushiki technique — NOT a Devil-Fruit) to shatter Tilestone’s hammer with a fist and down three Dock One foremen in one blow (pp. 2–4), then corners Iceberg and Nico Robin demanding the blueprints (p. 18) — visibly shocked when Iceberg reveals they are fake (pp. 19–20).
