Summary

Vegapunk’s island-wide broadcast plays on across the world — pirates on Pirate Island, fish-folk under the sea, salvage apes on the Grand Line, a town crowd, and the SWORD unit (recovering captain Koby, with Hibari and Prince Grus) at the Navy GS General Hospital all struggle to absorb the true history, demanding “what did Roger leave behind?!” Smoker (on his motorcycle) reports he’s AT the GS General Hospital while Tashigi calls from the New World. At Egghead the Frontier Dome barrier finally drops and the Straw Hats race to escape: Franky loads the cola for a Coup de Burst, Zoro and Jinbei combine “Two Sword Style… Fish-Man Jiu-Jitsu… Rashomon!!!” against a Five Elder (who recognizes Zoro’s blade — “Kitetsu?!”), and they launch/board the Sunny. Off the northeast coast, ancient Elbaf giants — Oimo and Kashii’s “fossil pirate” band from 100 years ago — fight the Marine fleet to cover the getaway, with giant Vice Admirals Bluegrass and Doll rallying an all-out assault. The reactivated iron giant grapples the monster-form Gorosei, who recognize it as “the iron giant that attacked Mariejois 200 years ago!!” Vegapunk reaches his last message — “to those scattered throughout the world… who bear the name of D… within you there is…” — but a Gorosei jams/destroys the transmitter (“Enough of this… Vegapunk!!!”) and the broadcast cuts out on “D…?!”, leaving the world to wonder what he was about to say.
