The Oro Jackson is the pirate ship of Pirate King Gold Roger, named on-page for the first time in Ch. 353 (p. 19), in the 22-years-ago Tom flashback: “You built the ORO JACKSON — the pirate ship used by Pirate King Gold Roger, who was executed the other day.” It was built by the legendary Water Seven shipwright Tom (president of Tom’s Workers) — and the act of building it is precisely what got Tom branded “an accomplice to a global criminal” and sentenced to execution at Enies Lobby.
The ship establishes the direct lineage between Tom’s Workers (and thus the Pluton-blueprint heirs Iceberg + Franky) and the Roger Pirates / King of the Pirates — welding the Water Seven Pluton-blueprint thread to the Roger era and the Void-Century weapon lore. Feeds Ancient Weapons.
