Summary

On the roof of the Sea Train Puffing Tom, the battle continues between Franky and the CP9 rookie Nero. Nero peppers Franky with the Six Powers techniques — Tempest Kick, Shave, Moon Walk, and clumsy attempts at the Finger Pistol he admits he has not yet mastered — but Franky’s cyborg body shrugs the blows off, deploying Star Shield, Master Nail Gun, and “Weapons Left.” Recognizing Nero is the weakest of his attackers, Franky baits and crushes him with a massive overhead grappling slam he names “Centaur,” ending the fight (“You’ve got it backwards!”). Meanwhile in Car Four, Sanji squares off against Wanze, a bug-eyed CP9 operative who introduces himself as “the ace of CP7” and fights with “Ramen Kung Fu,” armoring his body in noodle-dough. Sanji, enraged by Wanze’s slander of Nico Robin and his disrespect for food, slices through Wanze’s ramen armor with a flurry of kicks (Kick L’Oeil, Plastic Surgery Shot, Decoupage), deforming Wanze’s face and demolishing the car around them as the chapter closes on the chaos racing toward Robin’s rescue.
