Summary
At Conchcorde Plaza the Straw Hats hold the line against Hody’s four officers, the chapter cutting between four labeled duels — General Franky vs. Ikaros Much, Brook vs. Zeo, Daruma vs. Usopp, and Dosun vs. Chopper. Nami debuts her upgraded weather weapon (“Storm Cloud Rod,” “Black Ball”), insisting it’s “carefully applied science, not magic”; Zeo is revealed to have been invisibly pinning her legs; Usopp and Chopper beat Daruma’s tunneling with the hole-filling trick they learned in Alabasta. Above the plaza, Decken’s thrown ark Noah looms over the island. The merman princes Fukaboshi and Ryuboshi try to pull Noah off-course by carrying Luffy and luring it with Shirahoshi (Decken’s locked target), but Decken re-grabs the ark, marks a fresh “left-hand target,” and ensures Noah will crash. The chapter ends with the colossal Noah revealed in full and falling toward Fish-Man Island — Decken cackling “I’ve won, fools!”
