Jumping Service ” under Leo — a flower-field airlift across the 4th step that slingshots the heavy gladiators up the plateau and cushions their falls (“big people are too heavy ta fly… but we can slow yoa fall!!”). Ch. 744 — the Tontatta dwarves freed after a decade as toy-slaves
The dwarves were “toys for an entire decade” / “toy slaves,” freed only when their curse was undone; they hail Usopp (“Usoland / God Usopp”) as their savior and march to destroy the hidden factory at his command (pp. 8–12). Establishes the decade-long toy-enslavement as a racial-group trauma underpinning the Dressrosa underground.
Ch. 743 — Operation S.O.P. succeeds; “Usoland” hailed
The Tontatta dwarves’ plan to take down Sugar (“Operation S.O.P. ”) succeeds — via Usopp , who KO’d Sugar — breaking the Hobby-Hobby Fruit curse over all of Dressrosa . The freed dwarves celebrate at the coliseum, hailing Usopp as “Usoland ,” “our hewo,” and vowing to build him a statue (pp. 9–11).
Ch. 741 — the enslaved Tontatta in the underground port
The Tontatta dwarves are enslaved in the hidden underground trading port, worshipping Usopp ’s invented “Usoland” as their savior who swore to “save everything”; their operation’s codename is “Operation S.O.P.” (glossed “the Tontatta death scream,” p. 9). Leo is named among the captives the overseers stomp on to taunt the believers (p. 9). Reconfirms the on-page tribe name Tontatta for the Dressrosa dwarves and their forced-labor enslavement.
Ch. 740 — Rampo & Cub cover the toy Soldier; the assault on Sugar
Tontatta warriors Rampo Cub Soldier Gladius in the palace basement and are knocked out as a diversion so Luffy can snatch the Soldier (pp. 4–6); meanwhile Leo Sugar Operation S.O.P. ” — as Sugar toys the attackers one by one (pp. 18–19).
Ch. 739 — the Tontatta of Dressrosa, on-page; the Captain is Kyros
The dwarves name themselves “Tontattas” (p. 18) and wage a decade-long resistance against the Donquixote Family alongside their Captain — revealed this chapter to be Kyros Sugar ’s first toy-victim ten years ago (pp. 18–19). They ignite Trebol ’s flammable sticky substance to blow the Officer’s Tower apart and swarm Lao G on the palace plateau to cover the Captain (pp. 6–7, 16).
Ch. 738 — the Tontatta enslaved at the hidden factory; Leo’s army turned to toys
The Tontatta are shown forced to cultivate the artificial Devil Fruit in the hidden factory of the underground trading port under Trebol ’s army, whipped at work (“Whip of Love!!!”, p. 5) and kept compliant by a lie — that the harvest yields the cure for “Princess Mansherry ’s disease” (p. 7) — never suspecting that captured kin who “never come home” are being turned into toys by Sugar . Leo leads the dwarf strike force (allied with Robin “Robiland” and Usopp “Usoland”) to free them and KO Sugar — but the squad is transformed into “Little Black Bear” toys (pp. 11–13).
Ch. 737 — the Tontatta dwarves of the Dressrosa resistance
The Tontatta (named p. 18) brief Team Usopp on the Officer’s Tower and run the anti-Sugar grape-bomb plan, led by Leo Usopp ’s group (“tested it on 50 Tontattas,” p. 18).
Ch. 735 p. 5 — a named Tontatta dwarf reunites with Princess Viola
The Tontatta scout Wicca Sanji and Violet toward the palace and weeps over Princess Viola (“Pwincess Viola!! ”), who thanks her for believing in her father — reaffirming the Tontatta↔Riku loyalty.
Ch. 734 — the Tontatta guide the Straw Hats toward the palace
Tontatta dwarves accompany Nico Robin , Usopp and Franky toward the Royal Plateau and the palace lift, launching their Operation S.O.P. (pp. 18–19). They revere Usopp’s group (“the Straw Hat Usolanders”) and state a taboo against revealing themselves to “big people” outside the royal family — “not s’posed ta show [them]selves ta any big people outside of a royal family .”
Ch. 733 — the Tontatta strike force; Operation S.O.P.
The Tontatta dwarves operate from a shadow trading port beneath Dressrosa , running “Operation S.O.P. ” against the Donquixote Family . Their captain is the Thunder Soldier ; they revere Usopp as “Usoland.” Combat is shown — “Tontatta Combat!! Tail Hammer!!! ” drills enemies into the ground (p. 10). New on-page member: Rampo
The Tontatta dwarves form the bulk of Operation S.O.P.’s strike force, cheering as “the Usolanders ” behind Usopp and guiding the Straw Hats to the underground tunnel (p. 10). Their reconnaissance located Sugar in the subterranean trading port.
Ch. 729 — the Tontatta march as the Riku Royal Army
The Tontatta dwarves appear as the Riku Royal Army (“an army of little guys”), the anti-Doflamingo resistance captained by the toy soldier ; Usopp /Robin /Franky are embedded with them and they hail Usopp as “Usoland ” (pp. 10–13).
Ch. 726 — the Tontatta history: 900-year enslavement, 800-year reparations, the “fairy” legend’s origin
The Tontatta are confirmed as the “Fairies of Dressrosa ” of legend. ~900 years ago the Donquixote kings of Dressrosa enslaved them to build the country underground, unseen — “the darkest period of Tontatta history.” ~800 years ago a new king — King Riku Riku bond to ~800 years. Doflamingo has now seized princess Mansherry and holds 500 Tontatta hostage , recreating the old enslavement; the dwarves vow to fight, worshipping Usopp as “Uso-land ” (pp. 14–18). Pays off the Ch. 705 “fairy = dwarf” hedge.
Ch. 722 — the Tontatta army crosses the flower field
The Tontatta dwarf army of Dressrosa is shown on-page in force — the “Yellow Cub ” and “Pink Bee ” squads cross the flower field from Greenbit under Captain Leo , a year-planned uprising to topple Doflamingo and restore the deposed King Riku
Ch. 718 — the Dressrosa “fairies” ARE the dwarves; the Tontatta airlift shown
The invisible “fairies” (hedged Ch. 705 ) are confirmed to be “the little people of the Tontatta Kingdom Gancho , commander Leo , and squad leaders Bian (Pink Bee Squad) & Cub (Yellow Cub Squad), who fly the dwarves’ insect “air force.” Their war with the Donquixote Family is dated nine centuries old — “not a mere decade” (King Gancho, p. 7), pushing the grudge toward the Void Century .
Ch. 710 — pp. 17–20 (FIRST ON-PAGE — the little people of Greenbit)
On Greenbit Nico Robin Campo de Flores snags them and she reveals “…they’re little people!! ” (pp. 19–20) — the first on-page depiction of a member of this people. One self-introduces: “I’m Leo!! ” (p. 17). They live on the “uninhabited” island, netting and eating the fighting fish (“fighting fish stew”).
Ch. 711 — pp. 2–14 (the tribe NAMED — the
Tontatta )
The Dressrosa “fairies” are revealed as the Tontatta , a tribe of tiny dwarves living in a hidden underground kingdom (Tontatta Kingdom ) beneath the forest of Green Bit . Shown traits: super-strength (Wicca cracks solid ground, p. 13), an instinct to stay unseen (“anyone who sees the Tontattas cannot be allowed to leave alive!!”, p. 6), gullibility / childlike credulity (the whole tribe believes Usopp’s “legendary hero” story, p. 9), and a “keepers of the green” guardianship of Green Bit. Named members: Leo the Warrior, Chief Tonta (King) Gancho , and recon-scout Wicca . Ch. 713 — pp. 16–19 (the Tontatta host “Usoland”; their Noland reverence; the planned uprising)
Deeper in Tontatta Kingdom the Tontatta feast Usopp as the returned hero “Usoland ” and reveal their founding “HERO” statue is Mont Blanc Noland — the “great big-person botanist” who “came to our kingdom 400 years ago” and “helped us win the battle” (Robin IDs the statue, pp. 17-18). They are physically tiny but very strong (a single giant “fighting fish” feast sustains the kingdom for months; Robin wonders if they are “super-crazy strong”), and they plan an uprising against the Donquixote Family allied with “the captain an’ his Riku Royal Army ” (Riku ).
Ch. 717 — pp. 16–19 (the Tontatta mobilize for the “final battle”)
In the Tontatta Kingdom beneath Greenbit , the Tontatta sense Haki (“Usoland’s Haki”), organize into squads (“Cub’s Yellow Cubs,” “Bian’s Pink Bees”) and mobilize for a “final battle ” against the Donquixote Family alongside the captain’s “Riku Army.” ~500 of their people are enslaved in the secret factory beneath the coliseum and their Princess Mansherry Leo marshals the assault; Usopp (“Usoland”) and Robin (“Robiland”) are revered as the dwarves’ heroes.
Ch. 705 — pp. 12–13 (an invisible “fairy”; member NOT depicted)
One of Dressrosa ’s invisible “fairies ” (the folkloric pickpocket-thieves) stole Zoro ’s sword Shusui and flees in terror of being seen by a human — “a human might see me!!” — a hiding instinct consistent with this people. Hedge: the “fairy” is unseen/unnamed on-page and is NOT yet confirmed to BE a dwarf; the tribe name is forward.
