Profile

Manager of the underground SMILE Factory beneath Dressrosa’s trading port — age 20 per the on-page title card (p. 7). A large woman and a “convict with a single star” who keeps the Tontatta dwarves enslaved as factory labor; she threatens to “pass sentence” and carve intruders to pieces, and wields a body-melting suction machine. When she “snaps,” the dwarves warn no one can bring her back under control.

• Named on-page as the SMILE Factory Manager (caption “Smile Factory Manager Kuween, age 20,” p. 7) when Franky breaks in to free the enslaved dwarves.
