A colossal, skull-shaped facility deep in Elbaf’s woods “looks like pure science,” “has been here for ages,” and by Bonney’s estimate has “stood here for at least three millennia” — yet “even in Elbaph, we have no record of what this building is.” On a Norse/mythically-coded island, an ancient scientific installation older than giant memory is anomalous — a candidate pre-Void-Century / Ancient-Kingdom relic (cf.
