- The CP9 captive being dragged to the Sea Train is FRANKY, not Usopp: Sanji's station ambush (set up @0359) resolves as a fantasy/recognition beat — he sees Lucci, names CP9, and watches the cyborg captive ('I'm never forgiving you people... where are you taking me?!', p. 4) hauled away; Franky is confirmed by name aboard the train later ('Franky, you jerk...', p. 16).
- CP9 board the Enies Lobby Sea Train openly: Rob Lucci is welcomed 'back from your long assignment' and CP9 is told 'This isn't a game. Look sharp!!' (pp. 5-6); the station PA announces departure 'for Enies Lobby' from Water Seven's Blue Station (pp. 6, 14-15).
- The Aqua Laguna timing is tightened on-page: the 11 PM Enies Lobby train is the LAST train — after it runs, Sea Train service temporarily stops because 'Aqua Laguna is on its way,' and once it leaves Nami's group will have no ship and 'no way to leave the island' (p. 8). Current time stated as 10:30 / roughly one hour out (p. 8), narrowed to '20 minutes left' (pp. 14, 16) and then 'departing shortly' (pp. 15, 19).
- Chopper, Nami, Paulie, Lulu, and Tilestone learn from Iceberg's group that Robin did NOT betray them; their objective becomes reaching Luffy and Zoro and 'getting Robin back' (pp. 7-10).
- Paulie publicly clears the Straw Hats before the Galley-La workers: 'These people are innocent!! They were pulled into this by the real assassins... and we falsely accused them!!' (p. 10) — Galley-La and Franky Family civilians mobilize to help the Straw Hats reach the station.
- The Galley-La/Franky-Family crowd ride Yagara Bulls through the flooding canals as a 'shortcut to the station' to chase down Luffy and the others (pp. 12-14); they open the Yagara 'bull' cages to muster mounts (p. 12).
- Robin, aboard the departing train, hears Nami's vow in echo ('Going it alone, sacrificing yourself — we'll never let you do those things!! Don't leave yet, Robin!!', p. 14); she sits silent and resigned beside her CP9 escort.
- Spandam/CP9 escort dialogue: 'Our mission is... almost complete, isn't it?' and 'If you let that train leave without you, you'll have no way off this island' (pp. 15-16) — pressure on whoever still has to make the train.
- LUFFY is shown physically STUCK in the rising Aqua Laguna floodwater ('I'm stuck...', 'Bad luck — my foot slipped!!'), unable to reach the station in time as the final train prepares to depart (pp. 17-19).
- SBS (volume back-matter, p. 20): Oda confirms TOM is a fish-man of the long-horned cowfish species, modeled on a blowfish/fugu; he jokes the real cowfish's skin is poison but 'Mr. Tom's isn't' — canonizing Tom's race as fish-man.

Summary
At Water Seven’s Blue Station, CP9 prepare to board the last Sea Train for Enies Lobby as Aqua Laguna swells the canals. Sanji — whose “Bingo…” ambush from the previous chapter resolves through a brief fantasy of Robin embracing him — instead witnesses the captive cyborg Franky being dragged aboard by Lucci’s group and realizes the gravity of the situation (pp. 2-6). At the ruined Galley-La HQ, Iceberg’s group reaches the recovering crowd; Chopper, Nami, Paulie, and the foremen Lulu and Tilestone learn Robin never truly betrayed the Straw Hats. Paulie publicly clears the pirates and the Galley-La workers and Franky Family mobilize, mounting Yagara Bulls to ride the flooded canals as a shortcut to the station and chase Luffy and Zoro down (pp. 7-13). The clock tightens: the 11 PM train is the last before service halts for Aqua Laguna, leaving roughly an hour, then twenty minutes, then “departing shortly.” Aboard the train, a silent Robin rides beside her CP9 escort as Nami’s vow not to let her sacrifice herself echoes after her (pp. 14-16). Luffy, racing for the station, gets his foot stuck in the rising floodwater and cannot reach the platform in time as the final train prepares to leave (pp. 17-19). The volume’s SBS back-matter confirms Tom is a fish-man of the long-horned cowfish species (p. 20).
New reveals
- The CP9 captive bound for Enies Lobby is Franky, not Usopp; Sanji’s “Bingo” beat resolves as recognition, not capture of his target (pp. 4, 16).
- CP9 (Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, Corgy) openly board the last Enies Lobby Sea Train at Blue Station (pp. 5-6).
- After the 11 PM train runs, Sea Train service temporarily stops because Aqua Laguna is coming — miss it and there’s no way off the island (p. 8). Time: 10 → 20 minutes → “departing shortly.”
- Paulie publicly clears the Straw Hats (“These people are innocent… we falsely accused them”) and rallies Galley-La + Franky Family to help (pp. 10-13).
- The crowd rides Yagara Bulls through the flooded canals as a shortcut to the station (pp. 12-14).
- A resigned Robin rides the departing train beside her CP9 escort; Nami’s vow (“we’ll never let you sacrifice yourself”) echoes after her (p. 14).
- Luffy is shown stuck in the Aqua Laguna floodwater, unable to reach the station (“I’m stuck…”, “my foot slipped!!”) (pp. 17-19).
- SBS: Oda confirms Tom is a fish-man — a long-horned cowfish (fugu/blowfish-modeled) species (p. 20).

- Page 8 — The clock laid bare: government-personnel Sea Train departs 11 PM; afterward service “will temporarily stop service… because Aqua Laguna is on its way.” Time is 10 — “We’ve only got half an hour?!” “Isn’t there anything we can do to keep that train from leaving?”

- Pages 17-19 — Sanji at the platform (“Isn’t anyone going to get here in time?”); Luffy racing, then “DOOM!! I’m stuck…” / “Bad luck — my foot slipped!!” — pinned in the floodwater as the final train readies to leave.
- Page 20 — SBS Question Corner (volume back-matter): Oda answers that several people can’t share one Devil Fruit (“one bite is enough… nothing happens” to later eaters), and confirms Tom is a long-horned cowfish fish-man (blowfish/fugu joke).
Open questions raised
- Will anyone reach the Blue Station before the last Enies Lobby train departs, with Luffy stuck and only minutes left?
- Now that the Government is transporting Franky (the real blueprint-keeper) alongside Robin, will they extract the genuine Pluton plans at Enies Lobby?
- Can the Yagara-Bull canal shortcut actually beat Aqua Laguna and the train’s accelerated schedule?
- Where are Zoro and Usopp, separated from the chase, as the train leaves?
