  • Law reverses his Ope-Ope body/personality swap and restores the four affected Straw Hats to their own bodies — Sanji wails 'the dream is dead' at losing Nami's body, Nami panics that her clothes were changed, and Sanji finds his own body badly beaten because Nami's mind was in it when Caesar attacked
  • Law lays out the only escape: a giant gate marked 'Structure R-66' inside the lab that leads straight to the sea without contact with the outside poison air — but the group has 'two hours at best,' he intends 'something with unpredictable results,' and warns 'I can't guarantee your survival'
  • The Land of the Dead gas is confirmed instantly lethal in the open — 'one step outside means instant death' — and a breach the group blew in Building A nearly let the gas flood the lobby until it was sealed at the last second (Zoro deadpans 'Good' when told he almost killed everyone sealing it)
  • Caesar's gas power can suck the oxygen out of the air and out of a body — it is how he suffocated and defeated Luffy once already; Zoro warns Luffy that carelessness 'will get you killed' in the New World ('The New World starts from here!!! Do the job right!!!')
  • Smoker breaks off alone to hunt Vergo ('I ain't gonna stand by and let him make a mockery of the Navy!!'), leaving Tashigi to lead G-5 and evacuate the abducted children to Structure R-66; Tashigi fears Vergo's power is 'the real deal'
  • Luffy vows to beat down and kidnap Caesar ('I'm coming for you, CAESAR!!!'); Kin'emon vows to save his son Momonosuke; Franky's plan is to steal the tanker in port and blow up the lab
  • The chapter closes with Luffy clearing the firing G-5 line with a new spin attack, 'Gum-Gum UFO,' as the crew charges onward to storm Caesar's lab

Summary

Trapped in the lobby of Laboratory Building A as the lethal “Land of the Dead” gas presses against a freshly-sealed breach, the Straw Hats, Brownbeard, Law, and Smoker’s G-5 take stock: one step outside now means instant death. Law reverses his Ope-Ope swap and returns the four scrambled Straw Hats to their own bodies — to Sanji’s despair at losing Nami’s body, Nami’s embarrassment at her changed clothes, and the discovery that Sanji’s own body was beaten bloody while Nami’s mind piloted it against Caesar. Law then maps the only way out: a sea-gate marked “Structure R-66” reachable without touching the poison air, with maybe two hours before something “with unpredictable results” happens and no guarantee of survival. The group splits — escort the captive children to R-66, steal the tanker in port and blow the lab, and let Luffy go for Caesar, whose gas once suffocated and beat him by pulling the oxygen from his body. Smoker peels off alone to confront Vergo, handing G-5 and the children to Tashigi, who fears Vergo is too strong for him. As the panicked marines open fire on Luffy, he spins through them with a new move — “Gum-Gum UFO” — and the crew charges onward to storm Caesar’s lab.
