- *Tsuin Kyappu* (ツインキャップ) = literal English 'Twin Cape' — descriptive name for the **paired cape-promontories** at the foot of Reverse Mountain that mark the Grand Line entrance. The 'twin' framing also pre-loads the lighthouse-island-with-Crocus-and-Laboon as a *paired duo* (Crocus + Laboon as keeper-and-charge, 50-year wait). Forward-canon Ch. 104 chapter-title *Cape Promise* keys the cape's thematic identity to the Promise (Crocus's promise to Laboon, the Rumbar Pirates' promise to return).
