• Flies to Punk Hazard by spinning his own body like a propeller; his debut caption labels his fruit the Spin-Spin Fruit — “his body revolves” (p. 14). Carries Baby 5 airborne.
• Acts as Baby 5’s financial advisor/foil, cynically rationalizing Joker blowing up towns (“just a sign of how much he cares!!”).
• Uses a spinning typhoon technique — “Storm Gust!!! Matasaburo!!!” — to try to blow away Caesar’s gas (p. 16).
• Serves as the radio link back to Dressrosa: after the tanker blast he reports “This is Buffalo at Punk Hazard!! Joker!!!” — Caesar got “walloped off the entire island” (p. 18).

• Destroys Franky’s salvaged battle mech alongside Baby 5 using spin attacks (“Spin-Spin,” “Spin-Spin Projectile Cannon”), then grabs the unconscious Caesar and flies off the island with him (“We’re taking Caesar with us!!!”, pp. 3-10).
