Profile
The crew/organization of the Warlord Gecko Moria, based aboard the mobile haunted island Thriller Bark. Built around Moria’s three lieutenants — the zombie-making surgeon Hogback, the invisible commander Absalom, and the “Ghost Princess” Perona — and an army of reanimated-corpse zombies (the “wild,” “surprise,” and “general” zombies), who carry the abilities and personalities of the stolen shadows sealed inside them.
Roster will be expanded by later chapters in the arc; the Zombie-Generals roster note is forward (~Ch. 452).

Notable events
- Ch. 451 — Absalom rallies the zombie generals to hunt the Straw Hat intruders; Perona runs the capture-and-loot operation from Perona’s Wonder Garden
- Ch. 455 — full command structure shown at Moria’s dance hall; his bio-box reveal (former bounty 320M) and his Pirate-King ambition via a stolen-shadow zombie army
- Ch. 463 — the Mysterious Four (謎の四人), Moria’s elite officer tier, is named on-page; Absalom is confirmed as one of them and commander of ALL the zombie generals
- Ch. 466 — the zombie general Lieutenant Hippo Gallant — a club-wielding, immensely strong reanimated corpse attached to “Captain Kumacy” — bursts into Usopp’s fight asking whether he “purified Captain Kumacy,” and is flattened by Usopp’s “Golden Pound” (pp. 7-12)
- Ch. 479 — Thriller Bark falls: with Oars (Special Zombie No. 900) and Moria beaten by “Nightmare Luffy,” the rescued victims declare “Thriller Bark has fallen!!” and that “everyone’s shadow will be released” (pp. 18-20). Moria — riding inside Oars’s stomach — is NOT shown dead on-page; recorded as the victims’ declaration, not a confirmed death.
- Ch. 481 — Moria’s last stand: he wakes on his own and unleashes Shadows Asgard, ripping all 1,000 shadows of Thriller Bark into his body and swelling into a giant whose roar splits the island (pp. 6-19). See Kage-Kage no Mi.
