Shogun Orochi names “Joker” (Doflamingo ) as Wano’s secret arms supplier — extending Doflamingo’s underworld pipeline from the SMILE /weapons trade into Wano’s shogunate, alongside Kaido . With Joker fallen at Dressrosa, Orochi has lost his veil of anonymity and must deal with the WG directly.
