Arc-by-arc updates

Wano Country — Onigashima raid (Ch. 990) — mentioned, not shown

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 952) — tamed warden, false reports

  • As “Warden Babanuki,” he reports to Queen by transponder snail that the prisoners — “Straw Hat Luffy and Captain Kid and all the other eyesores” — are safely in their cells (pp. 5–6). In reality he has been tamed with millet dumplings (“It works on animals and animal sorcery users”); the report is a deception covering the camp’s takeover (pp. 6–8). See Caribou.

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 949)

  • On Queen’s order, transforms (“ELEPHANT…”, “Pawoo pawoo”) to fire the massive 200-dose Plague Shot from his elephant trunk-cannon (p. 17), but an ally ties the trunk shut (“TIE!”) so the shot detonates in his own face (“PAGYAAA!!!”), engulfing him; the wardens cry out for the downed Chief Warden (p. 18).

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 948)

  • As Chief Warden, orders the prisoners to subdue Luffy (“Your friend Luffytaro is leading a violent rampage!!”); reacts to the never-opening cell’s laugh and the scabbards’ appearance; orders “Prep the plague rounds!!” (pp. 3–4, 8, 14).

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 947)

  • Placed in sole command of Udon by Queen as the All-Star departs for Onigashima with the captured Big Mom; ordered to cell all prisoners, shut the emergency gates, and lock the camp down — but voices worry about “one man in partic[ular]” (i.e. Luffy) (pp. 15–17).

Wano Country — Udon (Chief Warden) (Ch. 946)

  • As chief warden, fields the crisis: the “never-opening cell” is open, nobody can reach Onigashima, and the Smails (Smart Snails) are getting no signal. Asked whether to shoot the unknown threat (pp. 7–9).

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 944)

  • As Udon chief warden, receives the new prisoners — “Hitokiri Kamazo” (Killer) and the recaptured Captain Kid — and reports them to the All-Star Queen (pp. 10–11).

Wano Country — Udon (Ch. 935) — first appearance
