Summary
At the Udon prisoner mines, Big Mom’s explosive kill-collar detonates harmlessly against her body as she rampages for the oshiruko Luffy ate. Luffy — who has just deflected her punch once with an instinctive, half-remembered Rayleigh technique — is coached by Hyogoro to do it again, but his second attempt fails and the old yakuza boss shields him with Ryuo, taking a near-fatal blow. Dying, Hyogoro delivers the chapter’s central lesson: Armament Haki has a deeper register that penetrates and destroys an enemy from the inside (the same trick by which Luffy already, unconsciously, shattered his sea-prism collars). Big Mom then bursts into Queen’s ironworks headquarters; Queen springs his gamble — luring the “wild boar” Emperor with oshiruko and slamming her with a Brachio Bomber in his dinosaur form. The blow doesn’t knock her out — it restores her memory (“I remember everything now!!”). Before she can act, she collapses, and Queen has her bound in 100% sea-prism cuffs and shipped to Onigashima under maximum security, leaving Babanuki to lock down an isolated Udon. With the All-Star gone, Luffy declares the prison his own.
New reveals
- Advanced Armament Haki / Ryuo has an interior register. Hyogoro teaches that “outward” Haki covers the surface (what Luffy already knows), but a level beyond penetrates the enemy’s interior and destroys them from the inside — and this can be converted to offense or used defensively as “invisible armor” (pp. 6–7).
- Luffy already does it unconsciously. Luffy realizes he destroyed the sea-prism steel kill-collars from the inside with his Haki — proof he can already perform the internal-destruction technique without knowing how (p. 7).
- Queen’s transformation. Queen turns into a long-necked dinosaur (Brachiosaurus-type ancient Zoan; fruit unnamed on-page) and lands a Brachio Bomber on Big Mom (pp. 11–13).
- Big Mom’s memory returns. Queen’s blow — meant to knock her out — instead un-does the amnesia she’s carried since washing ashore: she recalls falling into the sea and the “dingy little village,” recognizes “Queen from Kaido’s crew,” and declares “I remember everything now!!” (pp. 13–14).
- Big Mom captured. Subdued while dazed, she is wrapped in 100% pure sea-prism stone cuffs/chains and dosed with sedatives for transport to Onigashima (p. 15).
- Udon locked down. Queen leaves Babanuki in command, orders all prisoners back in cells, the emergency gates closed, and the communication/surveillance snails sealed — isolating Udon (pp. 15–17).

Open questions raised
- Now that her memory is back, what happens when Big Mom wakes inside Onigashima — and does she ally with or attack Kaido?
- How far beyond the internal-destruction trick does Luffy’s Ryuo go, and can he master it consciously before the wardens regroup?
- Will Hyogoro survive the Ryuo guard he took for Luffy?
- With Udon isolated and gated, how does Luffy turn a sealed prison into a breakout?
