and Vol. 44 stays inside Impel Down a third straight installment, returning to the command reshuffle to show its other half — the former Chief Warden Magellan demoted to “Vice Warden” (the fall that mirrors Hannyabal’s rise in Vol. 42), shown in caped demon form before the 獄 gate, the whip-wielding Chief Guard Sadi “fallen in love” with the new Vice Warden; and Vol. 45 holds inside Impel Down a fourth straight installment on Magellan — now recaptioned “New Vice Warden” and hailed “The Most Trustworthy Man in Hell,” standing arms-crossed in his vice-warden coat with Sadi and a jailer beast at his feet (the demoted-but-faithful demon who kept his post through the breakout); and Vol. 46 holds inside Impel Down a fifth straight installment, descending past the reshuffled staff to the prison’s hidden Level 5.5 (Newkama Land) — Bon Clay alive and enthroned as its “new Queen,” the okama who held open the Gates of Justice during the breakout, his survival confirmed inside the cover strip; and Vol. 47 leaves the five-installment Impel Down run for the okama kingdom of the timeskip — the Kamabakka Queendom, where Emporio Ivankov, the “King of the Queens,” reads the return news over tea, following “Straw Boy’s” travels (Sanji’s old training ground catching up on the crew’s comeback), and then the FINAL VOLUME (Ch. 0668) closes the series on the graves of Whitebeard and Ace — so the anthology ranged across the world’s “decks” from the East Blue through the first Grand Line ports and the Summit War saga’s institutions, then ended on a memorial coda. The series is complete (Vols. 1–47 + FINAL VOLUME); no further installments follow it — the next chapter title pages launch a new cover serial (see Limited-Cover-Series-No-20-Caribous-New-World-Kee-Hee-Hee).
• Cover→main bridge (pending): this series’ framing (worldwide news carried by the News Coo) is primed to feed forward — installments that dramatize off-screen world events can later bridge into main canon. The Vol. 23 (@0639) strip is the first to name a future main-plot event: the Alabasta royals trying on clothes for “this year’s Reverie.” This is a name-drop only — the strip shows the household’s preparations, not the council itself, and at the read frontier (Fish-Man Island) the Reverie has not yet rejoined the main story. So it is logged here as a watch, not a payoff: no bridge has landed yet, so payoff_chapter stays empty and no technique/cover-story-payoff Foreshadowing entry is minted here. Only when a later chapter shows an installment’s events rejoining the main story do you flip status: merged-into-main-plot, fill payoff_chapter, and mint that Foreshadowing entry (the Caribou → Wano case is the textbook template).
