• King Cobra has vanished from the Alubarna palace (Ch. 171 pp. 2-4). Chaka roars at his Royal Guard subordinates: “FIND HIS MAJESTY!!!” The palace has been searched — “the royal chambers, the balconies, the gardens — even the grain storehouses” — Cobra is nowhere. Subordinates: “IMPOSSIBLE! HE COULDN’T HAVE GOTTEN PAST THE PALACE GUARD!!” / “WE HAVE THE WHOLE PALACE UNDER SURVEILLANCE!!” The disappearance is structurally impossible by surveillance — an inside-job-only event. • LOAD-BEARING — Royal Guard’s constitutional limit canonized (Ch. 171 pp. 3-4). Chaka: “I CAN’T LEAD THE KING’S ARMIES ON MY OWN AUTHORITY!!! Why now?! What could have happened? Should anything happen to King Cobra…” First on-page articulation of the Royal Guard’s constitutional restraint: even as Acting Commander (Ch. 0167 canon), Chaka cannot march the army without a sovereign-order. Operation Utopia exploits this structural gap — by simultaneously making the king vanish (palace) and appear (Nanohana to commit an atrocity), Baroque Works freezes the Royal Army at the moment it would otherwise deploy.
