The bartender of Foosha Village (Windmill Village). The unnamed female bartender from Ch. 1’s tavern setting is here re-introduced under her in-story panel-appearance — she is the adult-female-presence in young Luffy’s childhood and the village-elder-stand-in who frames Luffy’s pirate-career positively.
