Impel Down (Ch. 526) — first appearance

Escorts Hancock on the intake tour and explains the prison’s operations — the “Underworld’s Lukewarm Bath” baptism ritual, the surveillance transponder snails (Den Den Mushi), the classes of criminals, and the Sea-Prism Stone cuffs (pp. 6-12).
Orders Hancock to don the Sea-Prism cuffs (“Now, please put on these Sea Prism cuffs”) as standard intake for guests with abilities (p. 7).
