Egghead — Kuma/Bonney flashback: objects to Saturn’s terms (Ch. 1100) — shown (flashback)

• Present at Vegapunk’s lab during the Kuma negotiation; objects to Saturn’s terms — “You’re asking him to die, St. Saturn!!!” (p. 5). Bonney mistakes him for a lookalike — “We’re twins!! Yaaay!!” (p. 9).

Egghead — alive in the Fabriophase; warns Bonney (Ch. 1093) — shown

• Burned “to a crisp” by Kizaru but still alive in the Fabriophase; appears beside the fleeing Bonney and urges her: “Run, before the navy gets here…” (pp. 5-6). The on-page payoff of Ch. 1077’s report of him burned covering the escape.

Egghead — the stand against Kizaru; childhood revealed (Ch. 1091) — shown

• As the Pacifista control tower, leads the island defense against the Marine landing — the Pacifista Authority Hierarchy is charted (Five Elders > Vegapunk > Sentomaru > Authority Chip; PX-III × 50) (p. 6).
• Refuses Kizaru’s demand to surrender (“Sorry, old man, but I made a promise…”); vows to “take the side of anyone who creates an escape route for the man who saved my life” (pp. 8-9). Lands “Sumo Strike” on the Logia Admiral — “my defense is just as tough as yours” (p. 11) — but is ultimately beaten down (“Sentomaru’s down!!”, p. 13).

Egghead — holds the line against Kizaru (Ch. 1090) — shown

• Still defending Vegapunk below the Frontier Dome; the Five Elders weigh that an attack means “countless Sea Beast weapons and 50 Pacifistas under Sentomaru’s command” (p. 14). Saturn tells Kizaru to “leap over him” rather than fight a man “making a principled stand.”
• Senses Kizaru’s arrival (“You’re finally here… old man,” p. 16), orders the Pacifistas to “eliminate all hostiles,” and meets Kizaru’s strike with his signature — “My defense… is the world’s greatest!!!” (p. 17). His fight with Kizaru opens.

Egghead siege (Ch. 1089) — shown

• Still defending Egghead against the fleet, he refuses Kizaru’s call to surrender and warns “the next time you try that, old man, we’re attacking!!” (p. 9).

Egghead — driving the evacuation (Ch. 1078) — shown

• At the Fabriophase with comms down, orders everyone onto the ships to evacuate before the Navy lands — “you want to know what the Navy’s going to do here? Look at history!!” (p. 3).

Egghead — orders the island evacuated; the Ohara precedent (Ch. 1077) — shown

• On the Fabriophase, orders everyone off Egghead: the WG has deployed Pacifista island-wide because Vegapunk “dared to defy the World Government” (p. 2).
• Delivers an Ohara refresher as the precedent — the island erased from all maps overnight for deciphering poneglyphs, Nico Robin the sole survivor — and warns “something even worse than what happened then could be about to happen here now” (pp. 2-3). Egghead / Final Saga (Ch. 1074) — shown

• Cut off from “Punk” by the navy looping its comms + the sealed frontier dome, declares himself a rebel — “guess I’m a rebel now too… then I might as well act like one!” — and deploys all 50 Pacifista MK III to escort Luffy and Vegapunk safely off Egghead (pp. 4-6).

Egghead — in the Seraphim command chain (Ch. 1072) — command chart

• Appears in the Seraphim authority chart between Vegapunk and the CP0 Authority Chip (p. 13) — confirming Sentomaru’s command authority over the Seraphim ranks above CP0 (Five Elders → Vegapunk → Sentomaru → Authority Chip).

Egghead — “one more ally”; offers the Vegaforce-1 escort (Ch. 1071)

• Summoned as Egghead’s “one more ally on the island”; despite being treated poorly by the government (“Oh, poor Sentomaru”) he agrees instantly — “Of course. I’ve been waiting for your order” — and offers to escort the escape to port in the Vegaforce-1 (pp. 8-9).

Egghead — entrusts Vegapunk to Luffy (Ch. 1070)

• As Vegapunk’s bodyguard, fulfills his duty and entrusts the unconscious Vegapunk to Luffy (“Punk’s in your hands now!!”, p. 13), then stays behind to cover the escape; CP-0 is ordered to “ice” him after he has “fulfilled his duty admirably” (pp. 13-15).

Egghead — sides with Vegapunk; rank 3 on the Pacifista hierarchy (Ch. 1069)

• Titled on-page “Navy HQ Science Team Captain.” Caught between CP0 (who “are threatening my life”) and Vegapunk; gripes “This is s’posed to be my day off!!”
• Vegapunk appeals to him as “the man who took you in and saved your life” and asks him to drive off CP0. Sentomaru sides with Vegapunk — pivotal to commanding the Seraphim under the Pacifista Authority Hierarchy, where he is rank 3 (Five Elders → Vegapunk → Sentomaru → Authority-Chip owners). Egghead — put in charge of the island’s defense (Ch. 1068)

• As Egghead goes to a war footing against the CP-0 breach, Shaka puts Sentomaru in charge of repelling the intruders (p. 11) — Vegapunk’s man commanding the island’s defense.

Fish-Man Island descent — reports the Straw Hats’ escape (Ch. 603)

• Reports to Navy HQ in the New World that the real Straw Hats damaged two Pacifista prototypes and “made a complete recovery,” then escaped; the Dark King blocked the Navy — “not even Uncle Kizaru could get past him” (p. 4). On-page he names Kizaru his uncle.

Return to Sabaody — commands the Grove-46 Pacifista op (Ch. 601)

• Commands the Sabaody Pacifista squad (PX-5 and others) sent against the Grove 46 pirates gathered under the fake “Straw Hat Luffy.”
• Punches out the fake Luffy — “You’re not Straw Hat, you piece of trash!!” — then orders “PX-5, identify him”; the unit names him “Triple-Tongued Demalo Black, bounty 26 million” (pp. 10-11).
• Now “officially a navy soldier” (vs. two years ago as Vegapunk’s guard); when PX-5 picks up the real Luffy’s signal, pursues him: “you’re going under arrest!” (p. 13).

Return to Sabaody — redeploys against the impostor crew (Ch. 599)

• Re-deploys to Sabaody two years later, taking Pacifistas PX-5 and PX-7 to handle the supposed Straw Hats, calling them “far superior to the greenhorns gathering on this island” (p. 15).
• Notes the Marines never learned Kuma’s true intentions two years ago, and that even after Kuma “lost his personality” he kept acting strangely — “I knew Straw would come back to this island one of these days” (p. 15).

Sabaody Archipelago — at the dispersal site (Ch. 513)

• Present at Grove 12; banters with Rayleigh (“Keeping an admiral of the Navy at bay isn’t enough for you, eh?!”) and presses Kuma to explain himself — “This is a real problem, you know?” / “So you’re just going to blast him, eh? You better explain what’s going on” (pp. 11, 18).

Sabaody Archipelago — Grove 36, awaiting Kizaru’s battleship (Ch. 508) — shown, still unnamed (identity inferred)

Sabaody Archipelago — directs the Pacifista deployment; identity confirmed (Ch. 509)

• First clearly-identified on-page appearance — Vegapunk’s man, present at the groves directing the Pacifista deployment (pp. 8-9, 13). The unnamed Grove-36 figure shown Ch. 508 is retroactively confirmed as him → first_appearance set to the earliest depiction (0508); status → alive.
• Reveals the Pacifista’s construction: built from Bartholomew Kuma’s body and re-creating Kizaru’s laser — “you recreated Kizaru’s attack power, Vegapunk!” (p. 8). See Vegapunk.
• Recognizes X Drake as a “former Rear Admiral” who “know[s] our internal information,” and goads him to fight the weapon (p. 9).

Sabaody Archipelago (Ch. 510) — heard via Transponder Snail (still not shown)

• Calls Admiral Kizaru by snail (p. 8): scolds him for using the wrong/black wiretap snail, confirms he’s already on Sabaody, and delivers the culprit list — Straw Hat Luffy, Captain Kid, and Trafalgar Law. Voice/snail only; his body is not drawn this chapter . last_appearance left at 0509 (snail-call only).

Sabaody Archipelago — commands the Pacifistas; “Sumo Strike” on Luffy (Ch. 511)

• Caption box re-states his title (p. 6): “SENTOMARU — NAVY HEADQUARTERS SCIENCE TEAM CAPTAIN (DR. VEGAPUNK’S BODYGUARD).” A hulking axe-wielder who scolds the broken PX-4: “You Pacifistas each cost as much as an entire battleship!”
• Commands the Pacifistas — orders PX-1 to chase the scattering Straw Hats out of Grove 12 (pp. 8-10); frets “what am I supposed to tell Punk?!” (Vegapunk).
• Calls himself “the most defensive man in the world”; accidentally confirms his own name to Robin, then claims he did it on purpose (p. 8). To Sanji’s “Who are you, Axe Boy?!” → “Don’t identify me by my weapon.”

Sabaody Archipelago — commands the Pacifista against the scattering crew (Ch. 512)

• Directs the Kuma-clone Pacifista in the rout: orders “PX-1! Roronoa is dying! Go after him!!” (p. 9) and calls the units “my subordinates… quite powerful, aren’t they?” (p. 13).
• Bare-handed melee that bypasses rubber: “I don’t even need to use my axe” → lands another blunt “Sumo Strike” on Luffy despite Luffy’s rubber body — “Why are his blunt strikes working on Luffy? He’s supposed to be made of rubber!!” (pp. 13-14). An unexplained will-armament (Armament-Haki precursor) — see Haki, Sentomaru Blunt Strikes Hurt Rubber Luffy Armament-Haki Precursor.
