- Capone 'Gang' Bege's Devil-Fruit power is shown in action at Grove 27 Port: an entire military force — foot soldiers, war-horses/cavalry, and cannons — pours OUT of his body, and his ordnance abruptly enlarges; the Marines see 'something inside his body' and ask 'What kind of Devil Fruit power does he have?!' Fruit unnamed on-page (pp. 2-5, 10).
- Admiral Kizaru rampages at Grove 24, kicking at light speed ('Speed is weight! Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?') and identifying his targets — engages Basil Hawkins, Urouge, and X. Drake near Navy HQ while still hunting Sentomaru (pp. 7-14).
- Basil Hawkins's card/voodoo Devil-Fruit mechanics shown: he reads success/death probabilities off his cards (Battle—defeat 100%; Flee—success 12%; Defend—avoidance 76%; Survival—death 0%) and survives Kizaru's hits via straw-doll damage redirection ('He started bleeding from the head all of a sudden?!'). Fruit unnamed on-page (pp. 7-12).
- Kizaru addresses X. Drake as 'REAR ADMIRAL Drake' — pinning Drake's specific former Marine rank for the first time as Drake jumps into the fight against the admiral (p. 13).
- Urouge's Devil-Fruit converts damage taken into raw power: badly beaten, he swells with muscle and laughs ('I got beat up quite badly, but I'll see whether or not there's still hope for me… and try to return the attack!!'). Fruit unnamed on-page (p. 14).
- Bartholomew Kuma attacks the Straw Hats at Grove 12; the crew recognizes him from Thriller Bark. He fires what the crew expected to be a shockwave but turns out to be a BEAM ('I didn't know he could do that too!!'), and the crew senses he is 'different from the last time.' Franky retaliates against the disguised Kuma with his signature 'Coup De Vent' in revenge for Thriller Bark (p17). Luffy instantly goes Gear Second (pp. 15-18).
- An unnamed Marine officer at Grove 36 — strongly implied to be Sentomaru, the subordinate Kizaru named last chapter — is shown awaiting Kizaru's overdue battleship ('Old Man Kizaru!! The battleship should have arrived already… I better hurry') (p. 19).
- SBS Question Corner (Vol. 52) gives the real-pirate name origins of the Supernovas: Eustass Kid, X. Drake, Basil Hawkins, Capone Bege, Trafalgar Law, Jewelry Bonney, Urouge, Scratchmen Apoo (p. 20).

Summary
The “carnage” promised by the title erupts across the Sabaody Archipelago groves as the rookie generation and the World Government’s forces collide. At Grove 27 Port, Capone “Gang” Bege overruns a Marine fort by disgorging an entire army — soldiers, cavalry, and cannons — out of his own body, leaving the Marines baffled at “what kind of Devil Fruit power” he has. At Grove 24, near Navy HQ, Admiral Kizaru cuts loose: still ostensibly only hunting his subordinate Sentomaru, he kicks Basil Hawkins at the speed of light, blows apart the grove, and is challenged in turn by Urouge (who converts his injuries into power) and by ex-Marine X Drake — whom Kizaru pointedly calls “Rear Admiral Drake.” Meanwhile at Grove 12, Bartholomew Kuma reappears before the Straw Hats, who recognize him from Thriller Bark; his attack lands as an unexpected beam, and the crew senses he seems “different from the last time”; Franky fires “Coup De Vent” at him in revenge for Thriller Bark (p17). Luffy answers by going straight to Gear Second. The chapter closes at Grove 36 on an unnamed Marine officer — implied to be Sentomaru — fretting that Kizaru’s battleship is overdue and resolving to hurry.
New reveals
- Capone Bege’s body-fortress power, shown: an entire military force (foot soldiers, war-horses, cannons) emerges from inside Bege’s body; his ordnance abruptly grows in size. Marines: “There’s something inside his body!!!”; “What kind of Devil Fruit power does he have?!” Bege: “I told you, my military power is on a different scale!” (pp. 2-5, 10). Fruit unnamed on-page.
- Kizaru’s light-speed combat at Grove 24: “Speed is weight! Have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?” He levels the grove with a charged light sphere and shrugs off the rookies (pp. 7-12).
- Hawkins’s Devil-Fruit mechanics: probability cards (defeat 100% / flee 12% / defend 76% / survival-death 0%) plus straw-doll damage redirection — Kizaru’s blows leave Hawkins seemingly unhurt while another bleeds: “He started bleeding from the head all of a sudden?!” (pp. 7-12). Fruit unnamed.
- X. Drake’s Marine rank pinned: Kizaru calls him “Rear Admiral Drake” as Drake intervenes against the admiral (p. 13) — first on-page statement of Drake’s specific former rank.
- Urouge’s damage-to-power fruit: beaten, he bulks up and resolves to “return the attack” (p. 14). Fruit unnamed.
- Bartholomew Kuma at Grove 12: recognized by the crew from Thriller Bark; his expected “shock wave” lands as a beam (“I didn’t know he could do that too!!”), and Robin senses he is “different from the last time.” Franky counterattacks with “Coup De Vent” — his signature wind-cannon, not Kuma’s — in revenge for Thriller Bark (p17). Luffy goes Gear Second from the start (pp. 15-18).
- Grove 36 cliffhanger: an unnamed Marine — implied Sentomaru — waits on Kizaru’s overdue battleship: “Old Man Kizaru!! … He’s late… or they’ll finish them all off. I better hurry” (p. 19).

Open questions raised
- Why does this “Kuma” fire a beam and feel “different” to the crew? What changed since Thriller Bark? (See the duplicate-tell seed.)
- What is Capone Bege’s Devil Fruit that holds an entire army inside his body?
- What are Hawkins’s and Urouge’s fruits (probability/voodoo straw-dolls; damage-to-power)?
- Why does Kizaru’s battleship matter to the Grove 36 officer — what is it carrying, and is he Sentomaru?
- Was X. Drake really a Marine Rear Admiral, and why did he defect?
