Profile
A Logia Devil Fruit that turns the user into a man of light. Eaten by Admiral Kizaru (Borsalino). The power was first shown on-page Ch. 507 (the light rampage at Sabaody — light-speed movement, light beams, and Logia intangibility shrugging off a point-blank headshot), and the fruit was named on-page Ch. 511 (p. 17): “I ate the glint-glint fruit too… it made me a man of light. It’s a Logia type.”
On-page so far it enables light-speed movement/teleport-flash, light beams fired from the hand, and Logia intangibility. Named techniques draw on the Three Sacred Treasures of the Japanese Imperial Regalia (e.g. “Sacred Yata Mirror” / Yata-no-Kagami, named Ch. 510).

Kizaru’s Logia is one of the three Admiral-class Devil Fruits. Etymology: ピカピカ pika-pika = Japanese mimetic for “glittering/sparkling/flashing” (the pika ‘sparkle’ shared with Pikachu); VIZ “Glint-Glint Fruit.” The power encodes itself — a man of light. His named techniques draw on the Three Sacred Treasures of Japan’s Imperial Regalia (Yata-no-Kagami mirror, Ama-no-Murakumo sword, Yasakani-no-Magatama jewels), the same Japanese-folklore register as his epithet 黄猿 “yellow monkey” (Momotarō’s monkey companion).
