What happened: The prediction’s last open sub-claim — “Luffy rings the Golden Bell at the arc climax, vindicating Noland” — is shown on-page. In Ch. 298 Luffy strikes the Great Golden Bell of Shandora during the Golden-Rifle clash with Enel and the bell tolls for the first time in 400 years; Ch. 299 shows the strike in full — Luffy swings the clapper with a roaring “REEEEAACH!!” and the bell sounds “CLAAANG!!” The toll reaches Jaya, where the Saruyama Alliance (Mont Blanc Cricket, Masira, Shoujou) hears it and cries “EL DORADO IS REAL!! Chapter 300 is the Skypiea denouement. The Golden Bell is referenced as already fallen/rung: Sanji “The Golden Bell, you think…” / Nami “Yeah. It fell, didn’t it?” (p. 5). The 400-year war ends via the joint drum-festival (pp. 16–19), realizing the Song of the Island prophecy and, by extension, the prediction’s “bell rung again, vindicating Noland” climax in effect. Enel’s gold-plated ark was lost (“It’s too bad we lost that flashy gold-plated boat of Eneru’s,” p. 5) and “the only thing golden about El Dorado now is its name” (p. 5). The “Luffy rings the bell” ringer-identity sub-claim cannot be SCORED from this chapter — the on-page toll (and its ringer) lives in the adjacent chapters (already captured Ch. 298/Ch. 299); 300 only references the bell in the past tense.

The flashback shows the Giant Golden Bell in full and names it “the Light of Shandora” (Calgara, page 11) — the singular treasure of the City of Gold, not loose bullion (the Shandians explicitly do not value it as treasure, page 9). Noland recognizes the bell as the one whose sound reached his ship through a storm (page 11) — supporting the “song/sound of the island” → bell channel. The Shandians state “Shandora means ‘the skull’s right eye’” (page 12), confirming the meaning of Noland’s dying log line. Direct support for the bell-as-gold core; the bell-rung-at-climax (Luffy as ringer) vector remains uncaptured. **

What would refute this

The gold/city is purely metaphorical. If the arc resolves “the City of Gold” as a lesson about dreams with no recovered physical city/bell, the literal-relic prediction fails (the bell-as-true-treasure half is the load-bearing literal claim).
Shandora ≠ Noland’s city. If the sky ruins turn out to be an unrelated ancient civilization and Noland’s gold-island is canonically a separate, truly-sunken place, the “Jaya rose into Skypiea” identity fails.
