Calgara Final Order Bring Back The Light Of Shandora

The seed
Ch. 249 (page 8) plants Calgara’s dying command — “bring back the light of Shandora” — as the Shandians’ generational cause, inherited by Wyper. Shandora is named here for the first time. The “light” is a deliberately undefined relic/treasure of a lost city, set against the surface-world Jaya legend already in the vault.
The payoff
Converges with the Jaya-half City-of-Gold channels (Noland’s log, the bell-shaped ingot, the golden-bell silhouette) on a single payoff: Shandora = Noland’s City of Gold in the sky, its “light/gold” the Giant Golden Bell. Reinforces The City Of Gold Is Shandora In Skypiea And Its Gold Is The Giant Bell and The Noland Legend and the City of Gold.
Why this matters
Dialogue-from-dead-character: a dead warrior’s last order staged as the arc’s mission. The seed binds an ancient named sky-civilization (Shandora) to a lost “light/treasure,” the sky-side counterpart to Noland’s surface City-of-Gold legend — making the two halves of the arc’s central mystery one payoff.
