Summary
Luffy launches himself onto Enel’s flying ark Maxim to stop him, but is blasted straight back off (pp. 2–4); Enel declares he will “return everything to its rightful shape” and erase the whole of Skypiea on his ascent to Endless Varse, sparing no one — “not even the handful of voices on the cloud below” (pp. 3–4). Recalling Noland’s journal of a huge bell in the City of Gold, Luffy resolves to ring the golden bell so the people of the Blue Sea below can hear that Skypiea exists, and borrows Nami’s waver for the climb (pp. 5–6). Maxim rises into the white-white sea bearing, suspended beneath it, the Great Bell Tower of Shandora — Enel names it “the pride of the legendary city of Shandora… the bell that ushered in 400 years of fighting” and intends to carry it off as the capstone of his ascent (pp. 9–11). Enel fells the colossal vine pillar (the Giant Jack) toward the west and conjures a new, far-larger thundercloud — “way bigger than the last one” — over a doomed Skypiea (pp. 12–15). Down below, the survivors realize Luffy and Enel are after the same thing and that the Straw Hats are their only hope (pp. 7, 19). Luffy strikes a desperate bargain with Nami: one instant, one chance to ride the falling vine and jump onto the ark — “We’ll only get one chance… Leave it to me!” (pp. 16–19).

- Will Luffy and Nami actually reach the ark in the “one instant” the falling Giant Jack affords (set-up, pp. 16–19)?
- How large will the new thundercloud (presumptive Raigo) grow before discharge, and what is its full destructive scale (pp. 14–16)?
- Will the Great Golden Bell be rung, and by whom — fulfilling Luffy’s stated goal and the Noland legend? (Seeded, not resolved.)
- Cover story: “Ace’s Great Search for Blackbeard, Vol. 20: A Lone Navy Man Dives Into the Inferno” (p. 1 title page). This is Vol. 20 of the serial. NOTE: the existing Aces-Great-Search-for-Blackbeard log only runs through Vol. 5 (Ch. 0277); installments Vol. 6–19 (Ch. 0278–0294) are un-logged back-fill candidates, and this Vol. 20 installment (Ch. 0295) needs a new row. The 295 art reads as a lone Marine approaching/descending into a smoke-and-fire inferno (matches caption) — visually distinct from the comic dine-and-dash register; likely an Ace-pursuit-of-Blackbeard escalation beat. Verify the Marine’s identity on the page (no name legible to me; do not assume it is Ace himself — the caption says “a lone Navy man”).
