Summary

Aboard the Ark Maxim, a captive Nami watches the gold-laden flying ark cause an uproar over Angel Island (p. 2). Enel explains he can use both Mantra and his lightning powers to read electric signals and listen in on conversations across the entire country (p. 2), and gloats that this is “the last chapter for Skypiea… the last supper for the angels in the sky” (p. 3). On Angel Island, Conis publicly denounces Enel — declaring “I don’t accept Eneru as a god” — and warns the panicking crowd that the Kami plans to obliterate the island and that they must evacuate to Cloud’s End / the Blue Sea (pp. 7–14). She brandishes a flame bazooka, drops it, and pleads with terrified citizens who fear her words are a “bad omen” inviting punishment. When no punishment falls (p. 12), Conis reveals the bitter truth: there is no sense protecting “a measly life like mine,” her father Pagaya was punished alongside the prisoner who warned them, and the people must “make your decision… to leave the country” themselves rather than wait for a miracle from a Kami who will only cast them into despair (pp. 13–14). Meanwhile inside the collapsing Upper Yard ruins, Nico Robin races to escape a flooding/crumbling vault, noting “I won’t be able to carry them all at once” and the need to “get up to the top level” (pp. 15–16). The chapter closes atop the Ark Maxim: Enel notes a sixth figure who “isn’t one of the five survivors” — “it means my prophecy was wrong” — as Luffy climbs aboard, demands “Are you the guy? Are you Eneru?!”, and confronts him: “What did you do to my crew?” Enel: “Which pieces of garbage are you referring to?” (pp. 17–19).
