Summary

Luffy rings the Giant Golden Bell of Shandora. Atop the ruins, Luffy swings the bell’s clapper with both fists and a roaring REEEEAACH!!, and the enormous golden bell tolls — CLAAANG!! — for the first time in 400 years. The sound floods every part of Skypiea: the Straw Hats (Nami, Robin, Chopper), the Shandian warriors (Wyper), the Sky People (Conis, Gan Fall), and Aisa all stop and listen; both sides of the centuries-long war weep, cheer, and lower their arms together. The narration frames the toll as the recovered “Song of the Island” — “the light of Shandora rings again,” boasting the glories of the vanished city and declaring the end of the fighting “with a love song” after 400 years of silence. Far below on Jaya, the Saruyama Alliance — Mont Blanc Cricket, Masira, and Shoujou — hears the very same bell and breaks down: “EL DORADO IS REAL!! WE FOUND IT!!” — vindicating Cricket’s ancestor Mont Blanc Noland, branded “the Liar,” whose log recorded the toll of a giant golden bell. The chapter intercuts the dead voices of the past — Noland and Calgara — whose entrusted words were “carried by the sound of that bell” to “the farthest reaches of the sea.” Enel’s Ark Maxim is glimpsed sinking/“going down” in the distance, signalling his defeat. The crew celebrates (“We did it! There is a sky island”); Wyper invites them to eat (“I’m glad I got to meet you fools”); Luffy asks if “the old guy and everybody” heard it, and Nami answers, “It rang. I’m sure they did.”

NOTE (parallel-reader state): The vault’s Nola / Calgara / Noland firsts may lag this read (Nola.md not yet present at read-time; Calgara=0286, Noland-execution=0292 per driver hint). This note refers to Nola, Calgara, and Noland by name and flags advances in the updates file; the synthesizer should reconcile against the established firsts.
