Summary
After the night’s clashes, Zoro, Robin (riding the pig Tonjit-style mount), Usopp, Nami, and Chopper are shown mid-run across Upper Yard in the title spread, and the Straw Hat camp wakes — except Luffy, who slept out in the forest after going to “take a leak” and is now bellowing across the cloud-forest (pages 1-6). At Enel’s temple, the three surviving Priests — Shura, Ohm (“Sky Breeder”), and Gedatsu (“Skyboss”) — are summoned and bicker, then brawl among themselves, scolded by the Heavenly Warriors Commander Yama for fighting in the Kami’s presence (pages 6-11). Enel himself finally appears in full, reclining at ease (“Skypiea’s one and only Kami Eneru,” page 12). He chides the Priests for letting Wyper escape and for being beaten like Satori, then delivers the chapter’s pivot: he knows the intruders and the Shandians are after “the gold,” reveals that Upper Yard “was originally an island in the Blue Sea,” and announces that as of tomorrow he is throwing the entire island open to the Priests — “no rules, no limits, any challenge at any location” — because his weapon Maxim is “almost complete” and he intends to “set out on a journey… to the world of our dreams” (pages 13-15). Meanwhile the Straw Hats discover the Going Merry has been mysteriously repaired by an unknown benefactor; Luffy splits the crew into an Escape Team (clean-up, lower the ship) and a Search Team (head south to the “right eye” ruin to find the gold), and they resolve to reunite on the east seashore and become “the super rich pirate crew” (pages 16-19).
New reveals
- Upper Yard was originally an island in the Blue Sea — Enel states it plainly: “Originally, this was an island in the Blue Sea. It’s only natural that Blue Sea people would know about it.” (page 13). This is the first explicit on-page confirmation that Upper Yard is the risen half of Jaya from the Knock-Up Stream.
- “Maxim is almost complete.” — Enel’s secret project/vessel is named for the first time (page 14). Inference: this is Enel’s ark, but the chapter only gives the name and the “almost complete” status.
- Enel’s true goal seeded — “Let us set out on a journey… to the world of our dreams.” (page 15). Enel’s ambition extends beyond Skypiea; the destination is left unnamed here.
- Survival Game escalated — Enel opens all of Upper Yard to the Priests effective “tomorrow,” declaring “No rules, no limits. You are free to use any challenge at any location.” (pages 14-15).
- New character: Yama, captioned “Skypiea Heavenly Warriors Commander” (page 10) — a high-ranking subordinate distinct from the four Priests.
- Enel confirms the Priest roster status: Satori is already defeated; Wyper escaped the Priests (pages 6, 13).
- The Going Merry has been secretly repaired by an unknown party in hostile Upper Yard (pages 16-17) — broken mast fixed, though the work is “pretty shoddy.” (Open question: who repaired it.)

Notable panels
- Pages 1-2 — Chapter title spread “Aubade”: Zoro, Robin (mounted), Usopp, Nami, Chopper charge across a war-torn battleground; caption “Excuse me Baby, No Parking On The Battleground.” Composition mirrors a wartime advance (mirror candidate).
- Page 6 — The three Priests (Shura, Gedatsu, Ohm) summoned; Gedatsu bites his lip and is unintelligible (“MM MM MMM”), played for comedy. “…because you let Wyper get away!!”
- Page 8 — Caption boxes: “Skypiea Vassal ‘Sky Breeder’ OHM” (bald swordsman, long blade, bell-pommel mace); Shura boasts of his “unbeatable Iron challenge.”
- Page 9 — “Skypiea Vassal ‘Skyboss’ GEDATSU”; his “Swamp Challenge”; running gag about crossing arms “with your elbows out.”
- Page 10 — “Skypiea Heavenly Warriors Commander YAMA” silences the Priests; Enel’s throne is empty (“Where is Mr. High-and-Mighty?”).
- Page 12 — Enel revealed in full, reclining on cushions among his tomoe drums: “Skypiea’s one and only Kami Eneru… I’m right here.” Long earlobes / Buddha-and-Raijin iconography on display.
- Page 13 — “They’re after the gold.” / “Originally, this was an island in the Blue Sea.”
- Page 14 — “Maxim is almost complete… and when it is, this island won’t matter.” Roof kanji noted as 神 (“Kami”).
- Page 15 — “No rules, no limits.” / “Let us set out on a journey… to the world of our dreams.” (TL note: roof kanji says “Kami.”)
- Page 16 — The Going Merry shown repaired (“THE MERRY GO HAS BEEN REPAIRED!!”), broken mast fixed by an unknown hand.
- Page 18 — Luffy’s map briefing: Search Team heads “due south” to the ruin by the “right eye”; “X / current location” map with N-S-E-W compass.

Open questions raised
- Who secretly repaired the Going Merry, and why, in hostile Upper Yard? (page 16-17)
- What exactly is “Maxim,” and what is the “journey… to the world of our dreams” Enel intends? (pages 14-15)
- If Upper Yard was a Blue-Sea island, is the gold the Straw Hats and Shandians seek the same City of Gold from Noland’s legend? (pages 13-14, 18)
