A Shandian guerrilla warrior, named on-page during the assault muster (Ch. 251 p. 12). His combat showcase and defeat come in Ch. 259, where Zoro beats him with Thirty-Six Pound Phoenix; defeated but not killed (status remains alive).

Skypiea (Ch. 267)

• The goggled Shandian is flown clear of the giant serpent by Pierre (pages 8–10), then joins the central-ruins standoff with the demand “Surrender the gold.” / “Well, you look vicious.” (page 16) — keeping the Shandian gold-reclamation motive front and center.

Skypiea — defeated by Zoro (Ch. 259)

• His combat showcase and defeat. A Shandian hit-and-run gunfighter: moves at high speed across the Upper Yard jungle on a pair of wavers, blinds Zoro with flash-pistols (“light guns”) that emit a flash on every shot, carries a Milky Dial (“Milky Dial!”, p. 7), and sics a sky-eel on his target (pp. 2-9). Sees through his own flashes using goggles — which Zoro snatches to neutralize the light-guns (pp. 10-11).
• Frames the duel in Buddhist terms: the six senses and the “thirty-six earthly desires,” “you are a pistol, I am a cannon” (p. 12), then unloads point-blank.
• Defeated when Zoro cuts through his point-blank barrage with Three-Sword Style: Thirty-Six Pound Phoenix (pp. 13-16). Downed but NOT killed — the Shandians survive the arc; status stays alive, this is a defeat, not a death.

Skypiea — duel with Zoro (Ch. 258)

• First shown in combat: as a Shandian guerrilla gunman, ambushes Zoro in the Upper Yard forest with his “flashing pistol” — a Flash-Dial weapon firing blinding dazzle bursts (“TINK TINK TINK”, pp. 16-18).
• Fights Zoro to a draw of mutual respect — shadowed: “I’m sorry I went so easy on you… Blue Sea guy. You’re pretty tough.” (p. 19).
• (Inference flag: name not printed on-page in 0258; identified by Flash-Dial-pistol weapon + the “Blue Sea people that Wyper mentioned” line + prior 0251 naming.)

Skypiea — the split-up council (Ch. 257)

• Present at the split-up council (p. 13, addressed as “Braham”); agrees the band must scatter — “we can’t let all of us get caught in the same challenge again.”

Etymology

• Surface / real-world reference: ブラハム Burahamu ≈ Brahma / Brahman — the Hindu creator-god and the Vedic absolute/cosmic principle; also evokes the Brahmin priestly caste.
• Register fit: Skypiea’s holy-men/antagonists carry religious-concept names; Oda explicitly says so for Enel’s subordinates (SBS Vol. 29 p.46 — e.g. Satori = 悟り “enlightenment”). A Hindu-deity name fits a Shandian fighter in this Indo-Buddhist-flavored arc.
• Pun layer: His combat patter is explicitly Buddhist — the “six senses” and “thirty-six earthly desires” (Ch. 259). That “36” rhymes with the move that beats him, Zoro’s Thirty-Six Pound Phoenix — a small thematic loop.
• Confidence: medium — the katakana maps cleanly onto Brahma/Brahman and the arc’s naming motif is SBS-established, but this specific name is not individually SBS-confirmed.
