Skypiea — finale (Ch. 302)

• The “White-thing” Luffy bids farewell (p. 8); present at the send-off as the crew descends. Closes his Skypiea arc as the restored elder statesman of the sky.

Skypiea — aftermath / Symphony (Ch. 300)

• Tends the war’s end: assures Wyper “all of the injured are being treated, regardless of where they’re from” (p. 14) and places him “in the ruins of Shandora.”
• With the chiefs, voices the chapter’s central question — “Can a rift of 400 years be mended so easily?” (p. 10) — answered by the joint festival.
• His Song-of-the-Island prophecy (Ch. 248) pays off here: the war ends as the two peoples celebrate together. Sends his sky-horse Pierre to rest with the crew’s Blue-Sea ship (p. 7). See Song of the Island.

Skypiea — Ch. 0297 (“Praise of the Earth”) — restates the Song of the Island prophecy

• As the former Kami, restates the island’s old prophecy over the praying refugees: “The next time we hear the Song of the Island once again… the fighting will stop” (pp. 16–17) — the explicit set-up beat for the bell-ring climax. (See Song of the Island.) The prophecy he first told Conis Ch. 248 is re-anchored immediately before the awaited Golden-Bell toll.

Skypiea — organizes the evacuation (Ch. 285)

• Referenced as “the weird knight” in the reunion (page 12). Helps direct the Skypiean evacuation off Angel Island into the Blue Sea — “just get everyone out to the ocean!” / “tell them to leave their belongings behind” (pages 14-15). (Inference where unnamed: the rescue-org beat is led by the former Kami + White Berets.)

Skypiea — branded a fugitive (Ch. 276) — named only; not shown on-page

• The White Berets’ island-wide broadcast (Captain McKinley) labels Gan Fall the “former Kami Ganfor” (VIZ rendering), now a fugitive conspiring with Pagaya and Conis (pages 18-19). Named only; not shown on-page. Confirms his deposed-Kami status is now public-record framing under Enel’s regime.

Skypiea — revealed as the former Kami; struck down by Enel (Ch. 274)

• On-page confirmation that the Sky Knight is the former Kami (God) of Skypiea. Enel addresses him as “former Kami Ganfor” / “the old former Kami” (pp. 13, 15) — restating directly to the survivors what Enel first said privately Ch. 259 and what Gan Fall said of himself Ch. 248/Ch. 255. • His regime once had 650 followers; Enel’s army defeated them six years ago, and Enel has “cared for them since” (i.e., set them to the survival-game task). The last six rebelled when they learned Enel’s abandonment plan and died “just this morning” (pp. 13–14).
• Denounces Enel (“You’re going to destroy the country!!”; “There IS a Kami in this world…!”), charges him, and is blasted by Enel’s “Twenty million volt… Varie!!” lightning strike — “I have failed!!” (pp. 12–16). Identifies Enel’s power, with Nico Robin and Conis, as the lightning Goro Goro no Mi.

Skypiea — into the buried ruins; “there’s no gold here” (Ch. 273)

• Falls with the collapsing cloud floor into the buried Upper Yard ruins; survives and is counted among Enel’s five survivors (pages 5–19).
• Identifies the ruins as the legendary “city of gold” Nico Robin seeks but states flatly “there’s no gold here” (page 6). Recognizes the site — “Could this be… our homeland?” (pages 8–10) — tying him emotionally to the ancient ruins. (Apparent contradiction: the gold is the Golden Bell established Ch. 272, not a loose hoard in the ruins — this defers the loose-treasure reading without flipping the City-of-Gold prediction. • Stands armed (bazooka) with the other survivors against Enel; refuses Enel’s demand to fight the others (“I absolutely refuse!”, page 18).

Skypiea — rebuffed by Wyper; saves Aisa (Ch. 269) — on-page; named “Ganfor”/“Ganfall”

• On-page on his bird-mount Pierre inside the Upper Yard. Tries to stop the Shandian assault — “Stop it, Wyper!!” — but Wyper rebuffs him: “To us, you and Enel are one and the same, Ganfor!!! …Were you going to claim you’re not the enemy?!” (pp. 8-9). Confirms the Shandians regard the former God of Skypiea as complicit in their dispossession alongside Enel. See The Noland Legend and the City of Gold.
• Pierre later dives to snatch Aisa from the giant serpent’s mouth (p. 19). VIZ spells his name “Ganfor” / “Ganfall” on-page here (aliases recorded).

Skypiea — Sky Knight vs. the Ordeal-of-Iron priest (Ch. 268)

• Fights the Ordeal-of-Iron priest Ohm on Pierre (“Pierre, your target is Ohm!”, p. 3); refuses to retreat — “I cannot let your cohorts proceed with your plans, whatever they may be!” (pp. 1-9).
• Established as previously beaten by the priest Shura — the priest taunts: “even after a louse like Shura beat you?!” (p. 8). Anchors Gan Fall’s prior defeat in the survival game. See Skypiea Survival Game and Heavens Punishment.

Skypiea — at the foot of the Giant Jack (Ch. 267)

• Arrives at the central ruins (“GANFOR!!”) and reveals he climbed the Giant Jack to the Kami’s temple and found “everything was destroyed… Enel was not there” — reading it as Enel’s message that “he no longer has a use for the temple” (pages 13–14). See Giant Jack.
• States he came with “unfinished business” and is asked by Ohm whether he is “still trying to reclaim your position as Kami” (page 13). Confirms his exiled-old-order / anti-Enel role.
• (RECURRING — only last_appearance advances to Ch. 267.)

Skypiea — with the Going Merry group (Ch. 265)

• On-page with Nami / Conis / Aisa during the Jet-Dial / Mantra scene (pp. 2-4). Minor presence.

Skypiea — Survival Game (Ch. 264)

• Refuses to evacuate; flies off on Pierre to pursue Enel — “this entire kingdom is in danger!!” (pp. 3-4), over Conis’s protests.
• Reappears in the survival-game intercut, still in the fight (“Still at it?”) and briefly observed near the Kamakiri/Enel duel (“Sorry, I dozed off. You look beat.” pp. 11-12).

Skypiea — Upper Yard, “the Weird Knight” tag-team (Ch. 263)

• Fights alongside Nami as “the Weird Knight” against the priest twins Hotori and Kotori; takes a Flame-Dial burn (“the old fool burned to a crisp!”) but is unhurt (“you are the fool… for underestimating your enemy!”).
• Hands Nami his iron gauntlet (an Impact Dial forged from Blue-Sea iron) and a Cool Ball, coaching her to deliver the final blow.

Skypiea (Ch. 261) — defends the Going Merry, injured

• Still wounded; faces the triplet sub-commanders Hotori & Kotori on the Going Merry with Nami and Pierre. “I may be injured, but those two are no match for me!… Knowing [Eneru], he’ll kill my people as well! I must get rid of them quickly and go after Eneru!” (p. 17).
• Plans to “ascertain their dials” before engaging (p. 17).

Skypiea (Ch. 259) — confirmed on-page as the FORMER God of Skypiea

• On the Going Merry tending the wounded Sanji (mount Pierre present, “PIEE!!”) alongside Conis and Nami — the Sky Knight intervention the emergency whistle summoned (payoff of Ch. 247).
• Enel names him “former Kami Ganfor” (p. 19) and greets him as an “old friend” after “six years” — the first on-page confirmation (no longer forward-canon) that Gan Fall is the deposed God of Skypiea and has a six-year history with Enel. This converts the standing “personal name / former-God status is forward-canon” caveat on this note into on-page text (it had already been articulated by Gan Fall himself in Ch. 248/Ch. 255; here it is confirmed by Enel directly). Skypiea — Dial & Mantra tutorial aboard the Merry (Ch. 257)

• Aboard the Going Merry, lectures the Straw Hats on Dial combat tech — demonstrates the Impact Dial via Sanji’s absorbed barrel-smash; describes the Reject Dial, Flame Dial, Heat Dial, Axe Dial as “practically military weapons.” See Dials Skypiean Sea-Shell Technology.
• Delivers the arc’s defining Mantra exposition (power to listen / read the next move / range scales with mastery), and reveals his own reach covered all of Upper Yard while Enel’s spans the country. States “I do not command the power myself.” See Mantra, Mantra Is The In-World Observation-Haki Precursor.

Skypiea — the failed parley (Ch. 256) — as “Ganfor,” chief negotiator

• Leads the Skypieans’ attempt to negotiate with the Shandians before the Survival Game; stands with two attendants/priests (pp. 2-4). Wyper rebuffs him: “Go home, old man!! He can stuff his negotiations!!”
• Refuses to “return everything”: “I cannot return everything… We Skypieans have come to rely on the power of the Varse in Upper Yard. Its presence is a blessing to our people. We simply cannot take it from those who are blameless!!” (p. 3) — first explicit on-page framing of the Vearth as the contested resource. See Vearth.
• When Wyper demands a hundred heads as offerings, Gan Fall threatens “I cannot do that!! Leave! Or I swear I’ll cut off your head right here!” — the parley breaks; “Then negotiations are off!!” (pp. 4-5).
• Note: appears here in his role as the displaced/old-order Skypiean leader. (Inference flag: his deposed-God identity remains forward-canon and is not stated this chapter.)

Skypiea — on-page aboard the Going Merry (Ch. 255)

• Recovering aboard the Merry while Nami/Usopp/Sanji/Tony Tony Chopper sail toward Upper Yard; delivers the arc’s central history exposition (pp. 6–12).
• States plainly “When I was the Kami…” and “I became the Sky Knight” — confirming his former-God-of-Skypiea status on-page in his own words (this advances the forward-canon flagged in his profile).
• Narrates: blue-sea items on the Knock-Up Stream revered as sacred Varse (see Vearth); Upper Yard the largest, and uniquely inhabited (Shandians); 400-year war over the stolen homeland (see Sky People and Shandian War); Enel’s 6-years-ago conquest and his guilt-based tyranny (pp. 7–12). • Characterized as the morally-clear elder counterpoint to Enel; sympathetic to the dispossessed Shandians.

Skypiea — Varse (Ch. 253)

• Wakes at the Straw Hats’ bonfire and joins their dance (p16). Frames himself self-deprecatingly: “I came here to help, but I ended up a burden… no one else would dare to frolic like this in the land of Enel” (p16).
• Names the campfire dance “Varse”: to those who live in the sky it “embodies our eternal hopes,” because greenery/soil cannot be born in the sky — only on island clouds (p16-17). First on-page articulation of the vearth/longing-for-earth theme from a sky-dweller. See Sky Island.
• Reveals Upper Yard is “sacred ground” and was once called Jaya (p17) — corroborates the crew’s map deduction from the same chapter (The Noland Legend and the City of Gold).
• Confirms Conis and her father (Pagaya) are recovering at his house (p16).

Skypiea — the altar reunion (Ch. 252)

• Travels the Milky Road toward the Sacrificial Altar on his partner-bird Pierre (Karasumaru), accompanied by Conis (p. 12).
• Answered the emergency whistle and returned to save the Going Merry from a fire during a guerrilla raid — “If the Sky Knight hadn’t come, the ship and I would be goners” (Conis/Pagaya account, pp. 16-17). The Merry’s mast burned off in the process.
• Luffy still calls him “the weird old guy” / “the Sky Knight”; the crew wants to thank him and “wait until he’s awake” — he is resting/injured at the altar camp (pp. 16-17).

Skypiea (Ch. 251) — survives his loss; narrates the Priests’ status

• Survives his loss to Shura at the String Ordeal; narrates the Priests’ status — “Shura took out Ganfor” and the intruders “overcame Satori’s Ball challenge”; the guerrillas hope to attack the Kami while Upper Yard is in turmoil (p. 9).
• (Reader-flagged a dog named “Holly” addressed here as Gan Fall’s; per batch reconciliation that owner-attribution is a misread — Holly is Ohm’s combat dog, minted later @0266 — so no Holly note is created and no Gan-Fall-owns-Holly claim is recorded.)

Skypiea (Ch. 249) — returned to Upper Yard for peace; defeated at the String Ordeal

• On-page again (his first clear on-page appearance since Ch. 244). Established to have returned to Upper Yard because “the old man still believes that he can bring peace to this entire floating island” (pages 7–8). The Shandians note he, as Sky Knight, “never hurt any of us” and “never tried to confront Eneru directly” (page 10).
• Revealed that Gan Fall once saved Aisa from Enel’s punishment, and for that intervention was branded a criminal by Enel (page 9).
• Wyper rejects any alliance with him — “I don’t care if it’s that old codger Ganfor…” — and hopes Gan Fall and Enel’s vassals kill each other (pages 8–9).
• Charges into the String Challenge / String Ordeal on Pierre (“Full speed, Pierre!! We need one more thrust…”, pages 3–4) against one of Enel’s vassals, but is overpowered and struck down at the “mysterious String Challenge” (“STAB!!”, pages 17–18). Outcome (dead/defeated) left ambiguous. (VIZ uses the alias “Ganfor” again this chapter.)

Skypiea — Former Kami vs. Vassal (Ch. 248) — FORMER-KAMI reveal; answers the whistle

• First on-page confirmation that the Sky Knight is the former Kami of Skypiea. Tells Conis: “Over 20 years ago, when I was still Kami, they came here,” and “…when Enel stole my seat as Kami. Forgive me… for all my efforts, I accomplished nothing” (pp. 4-5). Converts the Ch. 244 “strongly implied displaced former God” note into on-page text.
• Recounts Skypiea’s history: the island “has always had fighting” — a centuries-long war between the Sky People and the Shandian guerrillas; as Kami he “sought to appease the Shandians” to end “hundreds of years of bloodshed” and was “so close to succeeding” (pp. 4-6). • Tells the “Song of the Island” legend: a “beautiful sound” rang out the day sacred Upper Yard was born — the same day the Sky-People/Shandian fighting began — and “the next time we hear the ‘Song of the Island’… the fighting will stop. • Reassures Conis at his hidden home that “Enel’s Mantra won’t reach you here” (p. 2) — establishes Mantra has a finite range. See Mantra.
• Answers the emergency whistle (blown by Tony Tony Chopper in Ch. 247): Pierre hears it and carries him to the Sacrificial Altar, where he parries Shura’s killing spear and declares “There’s only room for one Kami on this island!!” (pp. 7-8, 16-18). Shura names him “GANFOR” (p. 17). Pays off Sky Knight Emergency Whistle Chekhov Summons-Device.

Skypiea — referenced off-page (Ch. 247) — not on-page this chapter

• Referenced as the giver of the emergency whistle: the Straw Hats hang it on the Going Merry’s mast and agree anyone in trouble can blow it to summon him (pp. 18-19). Tony Tony Chopper blows it as the chapter ends, setting up a Sky Knight intervention in the Upper Yard survival game. Not on-page; last_appearance left at Ch. 244 (last on-page). Skypiea (Ch. 238) — named on-page as “Ganfor the Sky Knight”

• After thrashing the Straw Hats (aftermath shown p.2), the armored stranger returns and introduces himself: “Ganfor the Sky Knight” (p.8) — the first on-page rendering of his personal name (VIZ: “Ganfor”). Recorded here as an alias of the canonical Gan Fall.
• A soldier of fortune of the White Sea who sells protection from the sky-fish-riding “guerrillas” that prey on crews unfamiliar with “sky fighting”; such victims become “food for the sky fish” (p.4).
• Prices in extols (sky currency): “one whistle for five million extols,” but gives Nami one free in honor of the crew’s courage on the Knock Up Stream (pp.4, 7). Promises to “come down from the heavens to save you” if the whistle is blown (p.7).
• Rides his partner Pierre, a bird with the Uma Uma no Mi (Horse-Horse Fruit) that transforms into a winged horse — Nami: “Oh! How beautiful!! He’s like a Pegasus!!” (pp.8–9). Departs with “Good luck, brave ones!!” (p.9).

Skypiea (Ch. 244) — the anti-Enel figure; rescues Conis

• Reappears at Angel Island as “that strange old man.” When the divine-punishment cloud-serpent engulfs Conis, he swoops in on Pierre to save her, openly defying the Kami’s “punishment” and vowing Enel will not harm her.
• Tells Luffy this is the true nature of Skypiea and of the Kami’s power; asks only that Luffy “call me the Sky Knight.” Establishes him as the arc’s exiled-old-order figure (strongly implied to be the displaced former God of Skypiea — mark unconfirmed until later chapters canonize it). See Ch. 244.
