Cover appearance (Ch. 425)

• Cover story “Where Are They Now? Shot 2: Wyper and the Shandians: The Forest Frontier” (p. 1) — shown resting with the Shandians among forest tents after the Skypiea war, his mechanical-arm prosthesis and Shandian markings visible.

Skypiea — finale (Ch. 302)

• Kneels before the Golden Bell altar and makes his closing vow (pp. 4–5): “…the sacred duty of the Shandians has been fulfilled. Great Warrior Kalgara… your wish reached your friend… the fighting has ended, but we will not lose our pride!! I swear to never again let the light of Shandora be extinguished!!” Resolves the Wyper-as-Calgara’s-heir / 400-year-war arc. See Shandora, The Noland Legend and the City of Gold.

Skypiea — aftermath / Symphony (Ch. 300)

• Survives the climax badly broken (“even his bones are smashed,” p. 4); carried in for treatment alongside the other wounded of both sides. Insists “I can wait. Don’t worry about me” (p. 3).
• Reunited with Aisa, who returns to his side (“RAKI!”, p. 3).
• Wakes in the ruins of Shandora (“Where am I?”, p. 14) and immediately reasserts the Shandians’ generational duty: “What of the Golden Bell Tower?! We still have a mission to protect it!” (p. 14) — the Bell Tower still stands.
• Joins the reconciliation festival; the chapter gives him the thematic line that this sacred land (“this Varse”) “refuses no one… wants… to fight” (pp. 15–18) — reframing the war’s reason-to-fight as a shared celebration. The 400-year Shandian/Sky-People war ends with both peoples dancing together. Soft payoff of Calgara’s order to “bring back the light of Shandora.” See Song of the Island.

Skypiea — Ch. 0297 (“Praise of the Earth”) — the thesis speech: you cannot topple the earth

• Delivers the chapter’s thesis speech climbing after Enel: you cannot topple the earth / “the history of the proud warriors who lived in the land of Shandora” — “No matter how many ruins you crumble, no matter how much of the forest you burn… we give birth to it and cultivate it… that sublime power” (pp. 5–6). • Collapsed/down from the assault (“Wyper’s collapsed over there!!”, p. 4) but keeps screaming defiance (“You’ll die!!” / “Run, Wyper!!” from the others, p. 5). The Vearth he defends visibly outlasts Enel’s bombardment — Upper Yard “isn’t sinking an inch” (p. 8), prompting Enel’s own recantation.

Skypiea — Reject Dial fells the Giant Jack (Ch. 296)

• Orders Zoro to cut the Giant Jack so it topples west, clearing the soaring path (pp. 2–3). When Zoro’s slash fails to fell the leaning stalk, Wiper fires his Reject Dial point-blank into it — “REJECT!!” — and shatters it (pp. 14–15), despite the Dial’s brutal recoil. Nico Robin: “I-Impossible… a Reject Dial?!” The Giant Jack snaps and begins to topple (pp. 15–18). Wiper is badly hurt but presses on for Kalgara’s will / the bell. Skypiea (Ch. 294)

• Dropped toward the ruins when Enel severs the Giant Jack world-tree vine (already gravely injured); the survivors fear for him (pp. 5–6). Last seen falling; fate left hanging this chapter.

Skypiea (Ch. 293)

• Present at the telling of Calgara’s final regret — that the bell never rang and his feelings never reached his friend Noland (pp. 4–5); a child’s question (“If we rang it now… would it reach Noland?”) lands on him as the inheritor of Calgara’s mandate.
• Reacts in shock when Enel declares the Golden Bell is the one last thing he wants from the country (p. 17): “The bell…”

Skypiea — the Shandoran Demon rises (Ch. 286)

• Downed amid Enel’s Maxim assault, Wyper refuses to stay down — he rises and swears “on the great warrior Kalgara” (p. 8). The title “The Shandoran Demon” is a deliberate echo of Calgara, the “Demon of Shandora” revealed in this chapter’s flashback (p. 14) — Wyper drawn as Calgara’s living descendant. See Calgara.
• The crew (Nico Robin, Zoro) drag the wounded toward the ships as the country is destroyed (pp. 6-8).

Skypiea — credited off-panel for the ruins rout (Ch. 277) — referenced only; not on-panel

• Credited (off-panel) with single-handedly defeating Zolo, Nico Robin and others in the Shandora ruins — Nico Robin: “the guy with the bazooka… he was so strong” (p. 16). His bazooka-type Reject-Dial weapon is the implied means.

Skypiea — the Sea-Prism-Stone Reject shooter disables Enel (Ch. 275)

Skypiea — among Enel’s five survivors (Ch. 273)

• One of the five survivors of Enel’s Survival Game; attacks Enel (“ENERU!!”, p. 14) and stands armed (bazooka, feathered cape) in the final survivor lineup (p. 19), refusing to cull one of their own. See Skypiea Survival Game and Heavens Punishment.

Skypiea — provokes the snake; trades fire with Ohm (Ch. 271)

• Deliberately provokes the giant snake to use its distress against Enel’s forces: “It’s moaning like mad, just as I hoped!! … I’ll cut its belly open right now!” (p. 5) — calls to Aisa inside it (“Don’t fall into the stomach acid, Aisa!!”).
• Opens fire on the priest Ohm with his heavy bazooka: “Take this, blue sea man!!” (p. 9); Ohm intercepts the shot with his iron-cloud “Eisen Whip.”
• Tracks targets by Mantra: states he can locate a foe even after losing sight of him — “Even if you lose sight of me… I can tell exactly where you are… from your Mantra!!” (p. 14) — a second on-page Shandian Mantra-reader alongside Aisa. Skypiea — Climb the Giant Jack (Ch. 269)

• Named on-page (“WYPER!!”). Leads the Shandian charge up the Giant Jack toward the Kami’s temple — “Climb the Giant Jack!!” (p. 6). Carries the Reject Dial; allies beg him “Don’t use the Reject Dial again!!” (p. 6) — the weapon flagged as known and dangerous (referenced, not fired). • Rejects Gan Fall as an enemy on the same footing as Enel: “To us, you and Enel are one and the same, Ganfor!!! …Were you going to claim you’re not the enemy?!” (pp. 8-9) — frames the Shandian land-grievance against the whole Skypiean “god” lineage. See The Noland Legend and the City of Gold.

Skypiea — foot of the Giant Jack (Ch. 267)

• At the base of the Giant Jack he declares: “I’m gonna take him [Enel] down… and end this 400-year struggle!” — first explicit on-page time-depth for the Shandian land conflict (page 11). See Giant Jack, The Noland Legend and the City of Gold.
• Intercepted by the priest Ohm; in the standoff he threatens “If you insist on getting in my way… I’ll wipe out all of you!!” (page 16). Wields his bazooka-type weapon.

Skypiea (Ch. 266) — referenced only; on a collision course with Enel

• Confirmed “headed to the Kami’s temple” (Enel’s temple) (pp. 12-13). The other Shandian warriors believe “no one can beat” Enel and try to stop Wyper. Sets Wyper on a collision course with Enel (whose Goro Goro no Mi is named on-page this chapter).

Skypiea — Shandian elimination of a God’s-Army soldier (Ch. 265) — likely Wyper (INFERENCE — NOT confirmed)

• A Shandian warrior on a waver guns down a striped Heavenly-Warriors / God’s-Army soldier with an Impact/Reject-type “BZZT” shot (“Kami Enel… that’s impossible!”), dropping the survivor tally to 24 (pp. 6-7). Identity is inference (bazooka/waver kit + the “Kami Enel impossible” line) — the face is goggled/obscured; this is NOT a clean on-page name.

Skypiea — Survival Game (Ch. 264) — the Reject Dial fails against Enel

• Shandian warrior leading the assault on Enel; wields a Reject Dial as his finishing weapon alongside Kamakiri in the title bout.
• Gravely worn down; the Reject Dial is shown to “have no effect” on Enel (p. 15) — the hard ceiling on the Shandians’ arsenal. Allies cry “RUN, WYPER!!!” before Enel’s “Varie” lightning discharge drops him (pp. 15-19); shown down/defeated in the closing standing-count (p. 19). Skypiea (Ch. 261) — Reject Dial cost; vows to reach Eneru

• Battered and panting in the Upper Yard fight; states the Reject Dial’s hard cost: “If I fire one more Reject Dial, my body will be pulverized” (p. 4). Deliberately conserves strength: “I have to conserve my strength to face Eneru.”
• “I’m coming for you… Eneru!!” (p. 5) — frames Enel as his primary target. See Dials Skypiean Sea-Shell Technology.

Skypiea — VS. Berserker Wyper (Ch. 260)

• Engages Luffy in direct combat in the Upper Yard forest (chapter sub-title card: “VS. Berserker Wyper”, p. 1). Treats Luffy as one more Blue-Sea intruder to burn down.
• Burn Bazooka named and demonstrated (pp. 10-11): a cannon storing combustible gas in a Wind Dial; it “spews out a bluish-white flame” and burns “everything in its path to a crisp.” “I stored gas in the wind dial.” / “The name of this weapon is… Burn Bazooka.” See Dials Skypiean Sea-Shell Technology, Dial Wind-Power Is The Operating Engine Of Combat And Travel In Skypiea.
• Trades escalating blows with Luffy — “My bazooka won’t lose!!” (p. 15) — ending on a mutual point-blank Bazooka-vs-Bazooka clash (pp. 16-17, both staggered back-to-back).

Skypiea — do-or-die assault (Ch. 257)

• Rallies the Shandians for a do-or-die assault: “Even if it means abandoning your comrades… only those willing to push forward at any cost… Enel’s head will roll today.”
• Carries a Reject Dial; a comrade warns “that’s a Reject Dial! If you use it again you’ll blow yourself to bits!! Wyper, are you suicidal?!” — Wyper fires it anyway: “It’ll take at least this much to bring them down!!! Isn’t that what you’d call commitment?” See Dials Skypiean Sea-Shell Technology.
• Orders the band to split up and reconverge at the Kami’s temple — “every man for himself.”

Skypiea — Wyper the Berserker (Ch. 256) — titular focus; the Reject-Dial kill

• Refuses Gan Fall’s negotiation (“He can stuff his negotiations!!”); demands the return of Upper Yard / the Vearth or a hundred sacrificial heads (pp. 2-4).
• Leads the Shandian charge into Upper Yard with the abandon-the-fallen doctrine (pp. 7-8); “Today… Enel’s head will roll” (p. 8). The villagers fear him — “he’s just like a demon” — and the child Aisa weeps at the tension he brings.
• Caught with his warriors in Shura’s String Cloud but slips it; discards shield and weapon and destroys Shura + Fuza with a Reject Dial (“No, this is ten times more powerful than [an Impact Dial]!!” / “REJECT!!!”, pp. 16-19) — the Survival Game’s first casualty (“One down… 80 remaining”). • ETYMOLOGY : “Wyper”/ワイパー (Waipā) reads as English “wiper” — possibly “one who wipes out.” Verify against SBS / Wiki.

Skypiea — Varse (Ch. 253) — orders the retreat; the “rash promise” to Aisa

• Orders the retreat after the Priests’ counterattack (“Retreat for now!!! Regroup at the rendezvous point!!!”, p3) when Kamakiri is downed and Enel’s Priests repel the assault.
• At the Shandian camp he rages over a bagful of “Varse” (dirt) before learning it is Aisa’s treasure that Kamakiri was wounded protecting — and that he himself made Aisa “a rash promise” to collect it (p18-19).
• Vows to attack again tomorrow and restore Shandia “to the state it was 400 years ago” (p19) — explicitly tying the cause to a loss four centuries prior. See Shandians, Shandora.

Skypiea (Ch. 252) — leads the masked guerrillas raiding the altar; enemy of BOTH the intruders and Enel

Skypiea (Ch. 251) — the assault begins; field leader of the guerrilla band

• Field leader of the Shandian Warriors launching the all-out assault on the Kami’s temple to “bring back the light of Shandora” while Upper Yard is in turmoil (pp. 2-3, 11-13).
• Confirms Aisa’s Mantra reading — “According to your Mantra… two of them are down for the count?” (pp. 2-3) — and rallies the guerrillas: “Do not fear the false Kami!! Etymology

• Surface meaning: ワイパー Waipā — the English loanword “wiper” (windshield wiper). Read as agent-noun: “one who wipes out.”
• In-text confirmation: His own creed makes the pun load-bearing — “Each and every one of them must be destroyed!!” (Ch. 249) and “I’ll wipe out all of you!!” (Ch. 267). The name encodes his extermination-of-all-Kami stance.
• Spelling note: VIZ “Wyper” alphabet-disguises the katakana; the common scanlation “Wiper” surfaces the English source directly. Same character.
• Confidence: medium — no SBS source located; the read rests on the katakana being a plain English loanword plus his dialogue. Not a future-reveal encoding (no Foreshadowing entry).
