The seed
The structure is the visual seed for the Golden Bell of Shandora that would pay off the Noland “city of gold” legend. Precision: the bell is drawn in heavy outline only — no gold colour or metal is shown on this page. This is a silhouette / background tell, not yet a confirmed gold-relic reveal. The recurring wind-sound motif (“WOO OO…”) that hangs over the ruins as Usopp approaches them (p. 4) and again at the bell-structure (p. 19) knits the ruins into a single resonant space — seeding the idea that the ruins themselves “speak,” thematically aligned with the bell that will toll.
