The crew’s organizational structure is partially canonized at debut: it uses numbered Divisions, with Ace as Second Division Commander — implying multiple divisions. Civilian-recognition register is high; treated as on the same notoriety-tier as the Warlords / Crocodile-class or above. Forward-canon: one of the Four Emperors of the New World.
