Profile

Kozuki Toki — wife of Lord Kozuki Oden and mother of Momonosuke and Kozuki Hiyori. She possesses a “Time-Time” ability (Toki Toki no Mi) that lets her leap forward through time but never return to the past. She was not born in Oden’s era but “long, long ago,” and travelled forward through the ages until she arrived at his time. Shown only in flashback this window.

• Flashback (from Momonosuke’s memory): resolved to send her children and the retainers to the future, telling Momonosuke “you must rebuild the strength of the Kozuki clan… when you reach the future, 20 years from now”; held firm against the boy’s pleas and the samurai’s wish to die fighting, and approved his resolve (“Good…”) (pp. 3–5).

Wano Country — Onigashima Raid (Ch. 1008)

• Her teaching that “Lady Toki had the power to go into the future” but that “Mankind cannot return to the past” is the logic that lets Ashura unmask the impostor Oden (p. 4).

Wano — Oden flashback (Ch. 964) — young “Amatsuki Toki” on Oden’s voyage

• First met by Oden as Amatsuki Toki, a sword-wielding woman cornered by slavers (Cephaloctopus Pirates under Captain Karma) (pp. 9–10).
