Prince of Elbaf, the land of the giants — named (not shown) as the suitor who fell in love at first sight with Lola and offered marriage. Big Mom craved the alliance (use of the Elbaf warriors, the world’s mightiest fighting force) to end her feud with the giants; Lola ran away from the wedding, triggering the scandal that collapsed Big Mom’s relations with the giants (pp. 9-10).

• As the Niddhoggr dragon, dives on the horned Imu-figure with “RAGNA DUAL… …HEIM!!!” — a black geyser erupts on impact (pp. 3–4; joins his -heim attack set: Nibelheim @1171, Thorheim @1175). • Loki’s full backstory revealed by Chief Jarul (over the crowd’s objections) at the giants’ feast: “the accursed prince.” Before his birth, King King Harald prophesied Loki would kill his own father. As a newborn he killed the royal family’s Lucky Horse; at age ten he tamed and unleashed the Underworld’s vicious beasts on villages; his pranks (arson, devastation) terrorized the giants whenever Harald was away. He ultimately murdered Harald in his castle and stabbed Chief Jarul in the head (Jarul survived). (pp. 8-11)

• Full on-page sequence. Shown chained spread-eagle by sea-prism-stone chains in the Underworld (The Underworld), the lowest plane of Elbaf, beneath the Jewel Tree, Adam (pp. 3–4). Bounty caption: “Elbaph’s Accursed Prince — LOKI — Special Government Bounty 2.6 billion” (p. 3).

• First on-page appearance. The “Accursed Prince” of Elbaf, revealed as a colossal giant bound in chains in the giant-wolf forest beneath the Elbaf bridge (pp. 12–13).
• Backstory told by Dorry/Brogy’s crew: the king’s “other official child”; his desperate desire for a legendary devil fruit passed down through the Elbaf royal line led him to kill his father, King Harald, and eat the fruit (p. 11). • Named (not shown) in Big Mom’s origin flashback — the Elbaf castle “celebrate[s] the recent birth of Prince Loki at the castle” (p. 14), placing his birth during Linlin’s childhood ~63 years prior. His name (Loki, the Norse trickster god) fits Elbaf’s Norse-mythology overlay.
