Summary

Over Elbaf, Loki — in his colossal black dragon form (“Nidhoggr”) with Ragnir riding his back — duels a horned, white-haired, dark-skinned figure with bat-like wings who wheezes and coughs (“WEEZ, WEEZ… KOFF!”) while speaking in archaic diction: “To think that I wouldst see thee again in this world… TRAITOR…!!” The figure knows Ragnir of old (“RAGNIR!! How familiar thy sight is!! So thou stayed as thou were in days past, waiting for a new master to come along…”), and an on-page caption formally introduces “Hammer, Ragnir (Squirrel-Squirrel Fruit, Mythical Type, Model: Ice Squirrel Ratatoskr).” The dragon’s “Ragna Quint-Arrow” is answered by the figure’s many-eyed black ring — “Gazing… Eclipse!!” — which rains exploding horned demon-beasts. Ylva!!”), while Sommers (“SUPER SOMMERS!!”) readies a stolen giant drakkar at the Sea Cloud Port. Sommers explains why their superior has come: “Great Imu’s body is not meant to withstand the outside!! But even pushing past that… the strength we NEED… and the strength we ought to DESTROY are both right here!! Do not disappoint the Great One!!” — and Killingham reports that Gunko “‘s gotta be dead.”

• “Great Imu’s body is not meant to withstand the outside.” Sommers says it outright while urging Killingham to live up to “the Great One’s” expectations (p. 12). The wheezing, coughing, horned bat-winged figure dueling Loki — whom onlookers peg as “clearly the superior of the Holy Knights of God” though “not one of the Five Elders” (p. 6) — is thereby strongly implied to be Imu in person, outside the Holy Land for “the strength we need… and the strength we ought to destroy… both right here” (p. 12). (Implied, not named-in-caption — the figure is never labeled “Imu” on-panel.)
• Ragnir’s devil fruit named. Intro caption p. 3: “Hammer, Ragnir — Squirrel-Squirrel Fruit, Mythical Type, Model: Ice Squirrel Ratatoskr.” The self-moving guardian war-hammer of Elbaf’s royal line (Ragnir) is a Mythical-Zoan-fruit object — its squirrel form is the Norse Ratatoskr, completing the Yggdrasil bestiary pair with Loki’s Nidhoggr (“Thy affinity for one another was always great…”, p. 3). Its mechanic: “lightning caused by an impact with ice” + snowfall (p. 3).
• The horned figure knows Ragnir from “days past” and calls it “TRAITOR” — “so thou stayed as thou were in days past, waiting for a new master to come along” (pp. 2–3). The superior’s personal history with Elbaf’s guardian hammer implies great age.
• The Holy Knights’ nursery boogeymen: the D, Nika, and the Rain God. Killingham: “We were born in a place so high, it’s above all the rain clouds… After the people of the D and Nika… it was the most common boogeyman they warned us about… that in the lower world, there’s a monster called the RAIN GOD… that dumps water on top of your head!!” (p. 13).

• Whose “presence is still there” (p. 2) — Nika’s Haki, King Harald’s, or something in/around Ragnir?
• Is Gunko actually dead, or does her regeneration (Gunko Regenerates The Unstoppable Countdown) void Killingham’s claim?
• Who is Bonney’s self-declared blond “guardian” (p. 6)? (Likely Lilith — on Elbaf since 1176 and sworn to restore Kuma — unconfirmed on-page.)
• How does a war-hammer hold a devil fruit? (cf. Vegapunk Devil-Fruit To Inanimate-Object Technology — Ragnir would predate Vegapunk by centuries.)
